The news has come earlier than expected, so people may not be fully aware until an RNS

It looks like today's price is being held around 2.8 for now. I expect this to be let go a bit later might break 3p today and maybe 5p by Friday

Well this is the red bit i was expecting..
Hopefully we will see it bounce back to the 2p or 2.5p this afternoon

People just have to bear in mind the way in which the current BoD have written this RNS.

They have provided some information which is factually accurate:

1. Bondholder meeting for approval. 75% needed
2. Shareholder meeting for approval. 75% needed - This is unlikely to pass.

They have then gone one further with speculation that if the restructuring does not go ahead the company will be wound down into liquidation.

This is not guaranteed, and it is not what us shareholders would vote for (yes shareholders have to vote to go into liquidation)

The likelihood is that this BoD will be voted out and new directors will take the helm, running this company the correct way.

There's still money in the bank, and Oil in the tank.

Lets move out and back up to a couple of pence.

The wording of this RNS has made people nervous, but its only dampening the rise today, we will be back to 2p soon, and maybe 4p as well :)

So from what i see:

First : Bondholders vote for restructuring, need 75% to agree.

Second: Shareholders vote for restructuring, need 75% to agree. This is very unlikely to happen, considering we don't want the restructuring.

Third: The Current BoD have said if the restructuring doesn't go ahead, they will be winding down the company to liquidation.
This I believe is scaremongering bulls**t. As what will actually happen is that directors will be removed and replaced, and a proper BoD will run the company the way it should be ran.

Maybe i am missing something here, but they didn't appear to mention the fact that there was likely to be a change of directors.

Huge spread currently, but the only way this one is going is north...

People will be in and out for trading, but with such a large bid/offer variance its better to just stay in for a re-rate.

This morning i expected a red showing, then rise to 2p for close. Now, i am not sure, but wouldn't be surprised seeing 2.5p today

Was expecting the MM's to take this down this morning and try to get shares from the weak.

But Boom 20%, nearly flashed past 2p for a moment, then back to 1.8 (probably triggering some peoples stop losses).

Be careful setting any auto trades as this bounces wildly.

I reckon we will see a red period today as traders take Profit from Friday, but will finish at 2p

Anyone know the court time, and how long these sort of hearings take to come to a conclusion?

What time is the Court hearing? And does anyone have any idea on how long a decision is normally made in?

Looks like this might be drifting heavily, but if the hearing goes the correct way than this should rocket.... (or plummet into oblivion if the BoD stay)

Tried to see what shorts are currently on this, and not sure if the information i found was outdated, but it looked liked 2 investment firms had short positions for around 2-3%

I wouldn't be surprised if the price was staying in the 1.2-1.3 range while those are closed out, before being let run a bit more.

ITs a risky play here, but there's no reason this can't go to what it was a month or two back.

Goes from 11% down to 1% up, pretty quick currently, and then back down...

The spread is sooo wide its hard to get any feel for the true price unless you are getting quotes.

Definitely looks like MM's are playing games currently.

We need to break past 0.1, and at some point in the next couple of months need to break to 0.5 range so we have over 50mil Mcap and larger investors start coming on board.

I am getting quoted the same on Interactive investor.

Going to take at least 10x that to get my couple million shares though.

Waiting for it too dip to 0.08 might happen...

But if you are here to invest long term, being in at 0.1 or 0.08 will be a lot better than missing the initial revaluation to 0.2 0.5 or even 1p...

Yeah just scrolled through the reported trades and caught that 46mil share sell..

But not sure if that might actually have been a wrong time report and was the big buy stimulating the 20% gain...

Also, why are there soooo many trades for under £10 I mean WTF?
