MoneySwap Plc (AIM: SWAP), a merchant acquirer and payment solutions provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Craig Niven to the Board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Craig Niven MA (Cantab) ACA has experience at a senior level in both public and private companies across a range of industry sectors including investment management, natural resources, international banking and media. He is currently a director of AIM quoted Power Capital Global Limited and, until 1995, he was a Director and head of corporate finance at ANZ Grindlays Bank plc. Following this he left to act as co-founder and Chairman of AIM quoted Griffin Mining Limited and was subsequently CEO of AIM quoted Arlington Group plc. He has been active in The People's Republic of China since 1995 and is currently CEO of China focussed Palace House Turf Club.
