While I would like to see more updates from the company, to my mind Bur have already comprehensively rebutted MW's unfounded allogations. I would like them to concentrate on what they do best - make money. I think the bots are now struggling to suppress the SP further. Time will tell but I think the spring maybe ready to release.

Am I right in think that the disclosed shorts are those that an entity has already spent on their effort to get the price to where it is today, thus how much the spring is already loaded? If so I'm looking forward to its release!

I too completely agree. If you have doubts go back to the MW rebuttal and also the conference call. I recommend all do to get as an accurate picture as possible among the muddy waters being created by the shorters and their underlings.

I don't remember a "promise" of a buy back - only that it would be something they may look into. Personally, I would prefer the cash to be spent on growth

Surely, IF this does come about, it is a good opportunity for a well equipped Burford to counter the previously seen and poorly evidenced claims of MW rubbished while raising their profile prior to a US listing? On wards and upwards. Who's got the keys to the rocket?

Me too and delivered today. Not had a look yet! Any joy growing your position? LIke a numpty I bought more early yesterday slightly above the opening price. I feel it pretty safe as believe in the company and BOD and that the SP will continue to recover way beyond the current levels. Would still like a Brucey Bonus though :)
