30% production at .43 pence = 387K per month. 70% production at average £2.5 =5250K Total revenues per month £5.637 million equating to £67.644 million per year. and that is on a conservative average gas price . It may be a lot higher. Either way annual profits of £67 million time 10 values the company at £670 million equating to about 3 pence per enlarged share capital,.

We have managed to buy an asset worth over £100 million for less than quarter of the price. Get your thick head around this. Best deal ever. You got to give credit to GL for a masterstroke.

For once I am in complete support of the acquisition and the placing. The acquisition is at a huge discount and shares are going in tight hands./long term investors. and its being funded by partial placing and future gas revenues which will begin in June. 70% of the total production will be unhedged. 10 pence in the near future IMHO.

Angs is always habitually late on all material matters with the exception of paying extortionate salaries of the BOD.

I was hoping massive gains within days!!! Equipment before delivery would already had been tested before delivery to ensure its integrity/quality control etc. Now the testing is actual pre-production and should be only for a few days before we see gas being flared. .

It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable when the G Lucan states that announcement/formal update will be made within a fortnight on 27.04.22 and yet he has failed to update the shareholders . What is the status at Brockham. Can we have absolute clarity without delay on this matter?

1. did he tell shareholders that angs need £12 million plus while continuing to claim that we will be producing gas soon. outright deceit/fraud
2. when GL arranged the extortionate finance ,his expertise as per him, he claimed that someone was charging fees with no merit. Sheer incompetence/negligence that we settled that liability by issuing some 40 million shares. What kind of a expert GL is that Angs paid several 100K in fees already for the finance and we ended up paying double despite RNS to the contrary.
GL and Crew have always been economical with truth and most times deliberately deceitful to enrich themselves. The success of SFB has ZERO to do with GL. Its stroke of luck. And its absolutely wishful thinking that numbers from Brockham are being held back or there is some mage deal/takeover being negotiated. The entire BOD is incompetent, negligent and deceitful and with sheer stroke of luck SFB will perform due to extremely high gas prices.
GL also claimed that we may be producing 100 plus BBL a day from Brockham when maximum we ever had was a few . Lets pray we achieve the desired result BUT the chances are we have not and GL ,shamelessly, is keeping quiet on that front.

In brief there is nothing coming out of GL and crew's tongue you can trust or believe. That is why tweets and RNS are important and fundamental and its a huge relief to see the tweet today.

Gl & co are deliberately withholding vital information so that some can get in cheap. Recent heavy and consistent high volumes suggest something big is coming. Wet testing may already have begun. no news on Brockham despite promise to the contrary. This ensures nervousness and some mysterious buyers sweeping all loose stock on the cheap and there is no RNS about material shareholders stakes going up or down. Insider dealing comes to mind.

the 10 million and 4 million are definite buys. All the selling is being bought. I doubt there will be a bid of any sorts. its all about gas which is imminent. we are literally a few days away. GL keeping awfully quiet on Brockham . we should have confirmation of wet testing very soon. everything to look forward to.
Hostile takeover is not a possibility as the bid has to be above 5 pence level.

Tygra- No update on Brockham could also mean that the numbers are not as good as thought. However, its most likely GL is running behind and that is true to his form. Bid-I doubt it very much. Gas is imminent and its worth a lot of money. Its all about gas and its our sheer luck the gas prices are super high and will remain high and dollar is strong against the £.

GL has failed to update the market on Brockham and that's well late (compared to within a fortnight on 27.04). Just shows man can not be trusted on any level as he fails to honour his own words. lets see what happens on the gas front as well. Its GL who is sabotaging the SP.

Most of the confetti, if not all, is cleared by now and with equipment delivered we are extremely close to gas. Its a matter of days. and Dont forget Brockham. Now, if anybody is going to sabotage the SP, it will be GL & crew. we should be firmly above 2 pence very soon and warrants should get triggered. Everything to look forward to.
