Come and hear Shaun Day from Greatland Gold #GGP, Cathal Friel and Jeremy Skillington from Poolbeg Pharma #POLB, George Bennett from Rainbow Rare Earths #RBW and Helium One CEO David Minchin #HE1 present next Tues. Register here.
Lidsey was already paid for pre funding. EA permission should be with in 3 weeks after consultation ended on 6th this month. local council has normally 3 weeks to review ( considering almost zero objections) data and grant permit. Coincidentally, EA permission, equipment landing, ground works etc all set to take off end of this month and the SP may get a rocket under its belt. For a pleasant change the company and its shareholders should be witnessing a steady rise as gas should not be facing any uncertainty and path ahead is very clear. A placing at 3 pence sometime in January 2022 , ahead of production to pay for lidsey and convertible is very tolerable compared to something premature at 1 pence. The Q is will GL & crew act in the best interests of the shareholders or for their benefit?
I have no objection to keeping options open. One just wants to know what they are up to? and what are they doing? Activity on the ground soonish is also not good enough. How about on such and such date. simple transparency goes a long way. Every business ahs a work plan . Angus is an exception. They only have a placing plan!!!!
Ocelot- The share is undervalued as the market does not trust Angus BOD to deliver in a timely manner as per their past track record. EA permit should be sooner than the standard 13 weeks as its an existing site, very little on public concern, and with all other local council permissions granted and Q & A of EA already dealt with. EA permission should not delay/stop all other work at the gas site . BOD silence on side track and general progress is not very encouraging. We should be in a phase where a clear timeline should be mapped out and progress reported on a weekly basis via RNS. the standard BS of waiting for this and that to happen will simply not wash. Hence the undervalue and market ignoring 6 times higher gas prices.
we will be testing 1 p soon. considering we are the business end of things we should be well above 1 pence level. EA permission should be imminent. Hopefully with EA permission angus can confirm that gas in February will remain the target. AND hopefully, there is no bleeding placing along the way as I would like to see the warrants to come into play.
cuddothisnow- Sheer incompetence of GL why the EA application was left so late. The man is wasting precious resources of time and money on geothermal. He is simply not capable of managing any project to completion and hence the delays and poor share price.
GL buying shares will have zero impact. delivering the gas will change everything. EA permission should be forthcoming very soon irrespective of the politics. Its the company which has kept silent on "firming up bids on the rig" for a side track and the decision regarding the side track, very limited news/tweets on progress and time scales.
When is the variation to the existing Saltfleetby Environment Agency permit expected to be approved? What are the steps in this process? Asked on 21 September 2021 The Company has already engaged in a detailed submission and has received back formal questions in the form of Schedule 5 Notices requesting further detailed information. This is a normal procedure. We understand that our application and responses to the Sch 5 have been passed to the relevant national teams looking variously at noise, groundwater and air pollution and following that process will be passed to the local officers for final approval. Grant of permit may be subject certain pre-operational conditions. We cannot however assume a timeline. There may be further enquiries but, to date, the application is following a normal course.
Whilst a natural gas processing plant is not uncomplicated, the site has been processing gas in a more modest fashion for 20 years, and we believe that the addtonal quantity of hydrocarbon fluid stored at any one time will not be of an order of magnitude as to require a major overhaul of groundwater protection (the site already has geotextile membrane, ditches and interceptor systems and we are supplementing this with further bunding and handling procedures). Nor is there any anticipation of flaring or venting of gas other than in commissioning and emergency or maintenance situations. Even maintenance flaring will be kept to a minmum by controlled shutdown procedures. Noise pollution, where we are also subject to local minerals planning authority oversight, is also a focus of management and existing sound modelling will be supplemented by continuous improvement as we engage with the practical realities of different operating conditions.

Effectively it was a BS session by GL to hide his consistent failures. Lidsey RNS was confirmation of failure-keep reinterpreting. Geo-thermal- nothing to shout about. Brockham nothing at all. gas- nothing significant from the Ar****le except that we may be not too far away on time of delivery. well the nutcase is two years late, 12 million over budget and still cant complete the gas project on time. But he is having orgasms on gas prices with ZERO gas to sell. Never made the mistake of not drawing his exorbitant salary . What a ******
