JA is not getting the financing. He has nothing but "talks and confetti" to offer

JA took money out of the company via his service company creating the shortfall in the company and then subscribes for shares for some of that fee money at ever decreasing value destroying prices. This is literally a laundry cycle.

JA is devoid of any conscience ,sense of responsibility or accountability. Value here destroyed after repeated failures. Absolutely shameless

JA sponsored stooges like to promote BS . The events of current year are "CONFETTI" and more "CONFETTI".

SA- $5 million required -ZERO chance- and postponed till 2025 at the earliest.

Namibia- They deployed software to identify a Spot marked X. Nothing happening there in short and will be confirmed shortly.

Cameroon- Regurgitated BS backed by failure after failure. Endless cheap talks with SFA results.

The share price is telling you the current state of company affairs and its credibility. Its a horror story.

The biggest drain on company resources is JA himself- See Note 22 of the accounts. Pegasus Petroleum Limited ("Pegasus") is owned and controlled by a family trust of which Jeremy Asher is the settlor and lifetime beneficiary. Most of the confetti cash goes to his pocket!!!

Load of BS from JA's sponsored paid stooges. After all under JA stewardship TRP has produced billions of barrels of oil--OH NO billions of shares after another consolidation and he is talking the best deal for himself. Sue diligence/legal documents does not take this long as much of it pity standard. Failure upon failure of JA and his paid stooges blow his trumpet. Go give a call to your master . When is the 0.1 pence ? Most here are sitting or 99% losses compliments of JA, while he extracts money via his service company

Asset finance negotiations started months before the first two boxes were ticked and still not concluded. The latest spin is 6 parties interested and there is no rush. There is all the rush if only genuine asset finance parties were there. Kever advice is to call JA as if that will sort matters. Unbelievable that the BS keeps being fed and confetti lavishly sprayed on such joyous failure!

Pauly= if you were an investor from last year only , thats a nearly 60% -90% drop. From 0.15 p to 0.05 p and then death of a thousand cuts to all time low of 0.015. TRP was a bargain at 0.15 and now a bigger bargain at 10% of that price. Just poor financial and business management of JA has brought the company to its knees.

Namibia and SA are years away for a JV and Cameroon is the only hope. The equipment parked in Cameroon will be worthless should the drilling get abandoned over there and am sure there must be some debt finance secured over it.

The equipment may be mortgaged in the first place and its fore sale value may be much less. The key remains asset finance subject to rig availability which ensures drilling will happen at some time . Securing asset finance will also ensure licence renewal should that be required in the event of rig delay. TRP must secure the asset finance for the drilling.

Irrespective of the delay, the asset finance should be sorted with the allegedly 6 parties subject to rig availability . Unless we are being fed BS from JA/Kever etc, this must get across the line.

Are there no alternative rigs available? Whats for sure is that we are delayed considerably. Meanwhile there will be an update on Namibia next month and annual report. hopefully a glimmer of hope will filter through this dense jungle of BS.

Kever- You have a brain of a kid. Why on earth should I fear JA or call him?

JA works for the company and its shareholders and he is answerable. His private assurances are worth nothing. An official RNS is what is required , such as the company is talks with multiple parties and discussions are progressing well with an estimate time of conclusion. Confirmation we are in good time and not desperate. If he can say that to you in person over a call, he can confirm the same in RNS. Just the basic truth will suffice. Try to get this through your head.
