News are overdue and NOT imminent. If the news were imminent the SP would be a lot higher. There would be no grief about the Funding!!!

Even though the interest rates are extortionate, one must bear in mind that lending to "fossil fuels" is very limited in the market thanks to tree hugging campaigners.

You boys keep getting it wrong. First TRO has to pay the broker 20 million shares for fees for a potential placing. JA will be awarded huge amounts of warrants for keeping the coffee machine fully charged for the next demonstration of "flowrates". Then placing may happen provided bank mortgages the coffee machine

Actually the coffee machine is exhibit 1 of a producing well. TRP is in active negotiations to mortgage the one barrel a year production from this miraculous device and also considering a JV. Massive trading in the shares reflect the distress caused by the device function!

You should include warrant shares as well in calculating the SP. As we enter the "moment of truth" phase in the coming weeks about the ST and increased gas production, we should recognise that warrants will be exercised bringing more cash into the company . Additionally, the move to profitability will cause the recognition of the massive deferred tax asset we have been sitting on . So far we have no profits to be relieved against all the accumulated losses. This is about to change.
I still believe that the BOD should concentrate on legacy assets to bring them to full potential from existing resources before they embark on anything else. Its beyond reasonable doubt that BOD can barely handle one project at a time. All these delays and costs overrun are directly attributable to lack of focus resulting in massive dilution. Angus must concentrate in consolidating its position with full exploitation of all of its assets to release shareholder value .

The legacy assets work is not very expensive and can easily be funded from cashflow. Couple of months of top rate production with warrants money kicking in at 1.65 would sort the cashflow and developing the legacy assets to full potential. Share buy backs would be a good option to begin with.
