Come next month, SFBY will be cash cow with a real possibility of being a "storage facility" in the future. That in my books is worth £500 million . Who knows some medium size company may take an interest. People forget that hedge has an expiry date!!! Gas prices are not coming down. One off events , like mild winter and USA releasing stocks, made the prices manageable. USA does not possess infinite stock and with very little investment for the past few years in the sector, the price will go up.

The company has secured the bank loan and placing funds to exploit Cameroon. The funds from these two sources are not enough and discussions are taking place for additional finance to make the "drilling" happen. The triggering of fee shares for the placing suggest that the final additional funding may happen soon.

The company has clearly said "expect the clean-up to take several days before we reach the final deliverability.

Connection to the plant for gas processing and export is planned directly after the clean-up and we expect to realise the combined flow rates of all three wells later in the month." I think we are looking towards mid month for all three wells producing but would love to see it earlier.
The important thing is that the side track is a success and will be flowing £££s which will do the talking. Revenues per year from gas alone from all 3 wells should exceed £32 million with an additional £5 million from condensate. Assume £5 million overheads for the entire year leaving a tax free profit of £30 million.
The triggering of warrants would bring in £7.5 million and the free cashflow of £2.5 million a month will wipe out the debt in late summer. Moreover, the move to profit will trigger the release of deferred tax asset which is massive .
The accounting for hedge is just that. A book entry recognising a profit/loss on an insurance policy to ensure guaranteed price for the commodity the company is selling.
Everything about this company is se to change VERY POSITIVELY this month. The spring in the share price will be noticeable and its a question of when and not if. And the WHEN is this month any day now. Good luck all.

Earl and money munch are equally boring but the game on financing is not ended. There is no confirmation either way which suggest that discussions are ongoing. When will these come to a conclusion , nobody knows. But 100% they will conclude.

The value of SFB is not just the gas worth £500 million but also its use as a massive storage facility in the future with lost of the apparatus already set up. Big companies are investing Billion plus in such projects!!! Angus should be exploiting SFB to full capacity before embarking upon anything else.

I am inclined to believe that the additional "cleaning" will cause more GAS Flows and we are few days away from selling. Lets the £££s speak.
As far as sale of shares by director are concerned ,that's his personal business. More cheap shares for us. Tomorrow e should see ISA/SIPP monies getting invested. I know mine will. GLA

JA has taken too long to conclude finance . This time I will speculate that the recent placing fee shares are linked to the finance and we may hear something positive. Miracles do happen and its overdue here!!!

As said, my posting was to hopefully help steady the thought process for some, and hopefully help them to sit through it to actually get the best of their investment, dumping now is a bit akin to going to a top notch restaurant for something special, and getting distracted on the way, missing your booking and settling for a kebab...

Share Issuance to Energy Exploration Capital Partners LLC



Tower Resources plc (AIM: TRP), the Africa-focused energy company, announces that Energy Exploration Capital Partners, LLC ("EECP" or the "Placee"), in accordance with the terms of the investment deed announced to the market on 16 January 2023, has requested that the Company issue 102,543,067 ordinary shares of 0.001p each ("Placing Shares") to the Placee. The purchase price of 0.12p per share for the settlement amount of US$150,000 has been prepaid by the Placee.

We are continuing to discuss alternative rig options for this critical well, which will be targeting the appraisal and testing of 18 million barrels (pMean) of Contingent Resources and will also be penetrating additional potential reservoirs containing further prospective resources unconnected to the original two Njonji discovery wells. We are excited to be moving forward with this transformative project."

JA's performance, at best , has been most frustrating. Sooner or later , all these fee shares he dishes out like confetti will bear the "marriage" he has been seeking for some time. TRP is like a bride which keeps getting engaged and left at the altar by the bankers. The issue of recent Fee shares give hope that may be someone is paying for the weeding, date yet to be announced.

The SP is where it is due to multiple reasons which are no longer valid. Sometimes it takes times for the news to sink in and get digested. The trigger will be when we can see the additional gas flowing very soon. Its the £££s flowing in which will awaken the market. For the first time we know the following.
No placings unless for an acquisition.
Warrants will be enough to wipe out the short term debt and leave some change.
the cashflow will be very positive after the gas from ST flows later this month. This project is effectively complete NOW.
Balcombe and Brockham are not massive capital intensive and will increase the cashflow when the BOD get around to that.
Gas prices are recovering and healthy.
We have a massive deferred tax credit which will be recognised shortly.
For a change this company is now an Investment and NOT a PUNT anymore.

Market is bidding in good size now at .1578. Thats very positive.
