The reason Banks rarely get involved with 100% loans is because it shows no financial commitment from the applicant.and as all SME`s generally hit a rough patch they can just throw up theirs heads and just walk away.

John 46.I know from experience that investing large amounts is a lot harder than 6/7 figures but when the like of this occurs justification must be sought.

Thus for the very many I respect here know this is a tough game and it is not made easier by those that inflate their successes and deny any losses.I just hope they now know that in rising markets the drop comes closer and closer and diversification and quality is the name of the game.If CV19 had not hit us it would have world debt, money printing or some other thief that always awaits.May they come back wiser, more patient of others and with a little more humility.Those that do will be all the better for it but those extolling quick riches will crash and burn.
