SC have a quality investment with a solid holding but no exclusivety.Until they cross 30% they have a board member and that is that.

Aandi, the first paragraph of your post i don`t know.The Jorc has always been a moveable feast,but it seems highly probable that it was to keep day traders handcuffed.
The second paragraph you state as speculation, but many others have stated the same and it seems likely to me,given that SC were restricted to 29%.They could buy us at any time and I feel the minutae of that placing will always be obscure.To keep them happy as you say for the Processing Plant could be an excellent ploy.
