Joeman 1,They are not fears but facts.People here adopting a can do attitude.It isn`t the people I am worried about it is the Government.We do not have a good past of meeting targets, take the endless debates on"the third runway",HS2 the fact the Country grinds to a halt with a dusting of snow falls.Rivers aren`t dredged to flooding occurs.An electric fuse blew in a transformer 2 mile away on monday, a regular occurence it is just repaired this morning.
In a perfect World all you say is viable,the UK is not Utopia.You say 10/15 years would do the infrastructure,have you seen the report on our new power nuclear station.We have neither the money or skills to build it.we are dependent on the French and Chinese to do it for us.
This is not a Country that embraces change.You might as well say all the potholes could be fixed in a year,viable yes doable yes.Ever going to happen possibly by 2050.

Possibly in 2050 but expectations for the next decade absolute nonsense.Even the Minister in charge of promoting EV`s had to sell his electric powered car as upon moving house he couldn`t find away to charge it.
We can just about keep the lights on during the winter at present.
On the plus side our market is China and they are determined to succeed,we just muddle through.

So we are down a bit and I always prefer my shares to go up.But all this talk about protecting the SP and safe guarding the Company against predators is absolute nonsense.If it was possible all Companies would do it.

is a long time off for some.People get confused and over attached to a share(Ihave here)if I could sell at a decent price I most likely would give it some serious consideration.Never say never.It is always easy to sit on a share if it has a history of slow incline or is stagnant but we don`t have that here.A slow drip downwards is hardly confidence building and many like me know from experience that bottom guessing Kodal can be a stomach wrenching experience.
I only have 3 million shares and every time I went to average down I have stopped from hitting the button, I tell myself if Kodal comes good I will have made enough anyway with that amount.But over the period i have been with Kodal the price of several shares in my portfolio have fallen and I have bought up to 10x my holding all of which have moved up to a varying degree allowing me to sell and average down to below the current market price.Consciously or subconsciously I never was able to do that with Kodal.
Therefore what keeps me from selling is probably the Q&Q I rant on about and my mindset is that I have accepted possibly all may be lost, but on this share I am to pig headed to admit i was wrong in buying,as I said over attached.
I probably will leave in my will,though 2020 may well be a bit optimistic for a large re-rating.

Nothing said by any CEO is written in stone, when they issue a statement such as" we will never sell" or" we will never list on ASX" it is a snap shot comment that they believe at that moment in time.But the reason they are at the helm is to watch and act for present unknowns and take the best possible method to protect the Company.Sometimes we get joint mergers to protect both Company`s from a bigger shark which both CEO`s a year or two previous would never have countenanced.It is their job and if the opportunity came along to cut costs by 10 % per annum with a new drilling technique we would expect them to take it even if somewhere in an old RNs they stated a preference to only diamond drill.
We all surely understand that and see the clear sensible and positive necessity of a CEO being flexible.
Do not be surprised if a CEO does a 180 they are not being dishonest but dealing with the realities of business.

Last week I said a SC take over was >0.From what was said at the AGM they seemed to assure they had no intention of becoming miners, my heart tells me to believe this but then I am fickle when it comes to statements from some quarters.While all may be hunky dory and they may even mean it now does it make business sense,
My business head says an amalgamation of Kodal and BGS must happen and the easiest way of doing it is for SC to buy both and build the necessary plant for processing.They would have no difficulty getting the mining expertise they require.All IMHO and entirely groundless but no less a possibility for that.

The one regarding a big fish from elsewhere could come in to buy Kodal at any time, but then with the exception of a handful of Companies this could happy anywhere in the world.I rate that happening as >0.
The second that may concern some is the shares sold to SC at .13p when frankly a placement to all shareholders could have raised the same amount quite easily.From what I understand the funds were needed to cover expenditure well into next year.Imo SC were the most cost effective and easy way to get the needed money.It also tied them even more to the Company and as many guessed ,the first being RG it was a nice way to soothe Sc for having paid above the odds on entry at the .38p price.
It is just a matter of hanging in now while again some leave to try and do better elsewhere and good luck to them.Me, i am contented to sit and wait knowing as everyday passes production and profits get closer.

A straight forward honest Company that could well be processing in 2 years time. Chinese committed to only wanting the Lithium whom I believe will build and finance the processing plant.

Nothing ever runs smoothly but i am very pleased with the maiden Jorc, what has been advised by PI`s who went to the AGM for us all and the presentation of the way forward.
Also I don`t care above other mines in the area, whilst I wish them luck I threw my dime in here a long time ago and now more than very and delighted I did so.
