When you are in a hole stop digging, Cameron felt he get would a positive vote to stay in the EU and all would sail along as before.No thought was ever given to an exit vote whatsoever which meant no planning, no negotiation and no idea as to what to do was considered.That is why he ran off,and also why nobody stood against T May to become PM.
