Like any trial OS admitting guilt prior to trial gets you a better deal so say. So being found guilty after trial is going to prove very expensive for Maxwell and imo they won’t take that risk. DYOR OLD CHAP :)

No smoke without fire, looks like the CPX lawyers are close to securing a deal imo , maybe they already have ? Coincidence this has been steadily rising over last few weeks ? The latest legal update suggests that either an agreement for settlement has been reached OR no settlement can be reached and we are going to trial. Although as prev mentioned that is very rare in these cases. Let see what next week brings….

I’d say Tuesday next week could be a VERY interesting day when we get the mother of all RNS’s ?
