Would it be a possibility that details of a settlement (if made) won’t become public knowledge ?

What are the thoughts on current cash levels ? $A1.6m ?

Maxwell would be crazy going to trial. These things are usually sorted out of court, a settlement could be reached in days/weeks. A successful outcome would mean AVX paying us a shed load of money too. Plus further license agreements.

I’m thinking $20m

Looks like the legal cases are in the bag just a matter of time now. Companies don’t make statements like this if they don’t expect to win. Period

Not sure too much more can be spoken about CAP XX. It’s now over to Kongats and Co to give us a Trading update and deliver on promises. By November / December this year we will either be at 35p or 1.5p …i for one am optimistically cautious. Jeez I sound like OS.
