Must surely be a ploy by Kongats to just bore the life out of private investors here ? 100% the most boring experience of my life being invested in CPX for the last 8 years.
No doubt when the court case is wrapped up , they will put out an RNS stating no figures etc.

When will us long term holders ever see a return for our faith in Kongats….so so slow here. Is there really nothing on the table until this court case is done and dusted ?

A court case win against Maxwell will mean AVX need to pay us back dated license money too I would think ?
