Perhaps they have a better strategy to get what they want at cheapest possible price.

The only downside is your expectations at any time outweighs the facts of what is known, be it the MRE, Scally and other exploration licences, value of any bid for Hav or GGP itself.

The MM s do not in my opinion need to get anything by Friday. MM s or some of them will have a Poole if stock they are carrying.
Unless they know something different any MM trader who is not carrying a long position in the share, or a derivative of the share would be completely mad.
Alternatively they can borrow to sell on Friday, let everything die down then play the usual games dropping SP and collecting shares to settle the return leg of the borrow.

When GH Said he wanted to create a 1 billion company the shares in issue were much lower.
I think he needs to target a 2b company.

They seem to have chosen the option to raise, just about to hit 23p

And still awaiting the mother load MRE from HAV .

1. They both know any price to be paid for HAV is much greater than current SP
2. as said they need to finish the JV stages
3. Already have first refusal on anything else
4. Patience lad, patience.

No disrespect intended but if you are new to investing, it may be safer to start with straightforward share buying rather than CFD type products.
If you have obviously researched CFD s then you ought to be able to google who provdes them

As said by others you have probably not missed the boat.
My only concern is you are one of these investors that continually makes wrong decisions and could jinx this for the rest of us LOL

As per an earlier post I am not sure what the free float shares actual means. I guess its the number of shares which are not held by ordinary shareholders, be they PIs or IIs.
Any list or figure of “ ordinary “ shareholders I believe can be sourced from the company registrar. Obviously at a cost.

TMT I was not suggesting the out of date list was being used, only that any “ Not in public hands” percentage will always include what the MMs are holding, the rest is directors etc as published.
There is always the possibility that when a company has a placing MM’s and or the company brokers can be invited to participate. Some may have a supply shared via the warrants.
We know Beetham was invited to participate in the last placing, was any of our larger shareholders on this board invited, I don’t think so.

Agreed, we know that Hav on its own is going to give us a fair bit more than what the sp values us at the moment.
We don’t know by how much but it will be far in excess of a few pennies.
While we patiently wait to see how that plays out any positive news on Scally or elsewhere will truly blow the lid off the sp regardless of what it is at that point.
Even if Scally disappoints we have other very good opportunities to hit pay dirt again.
