M Bachaan, The key point from yesterday's RNS is folks can now work out what the minimum is given we have previous numbers etc. This is indeed looking very good, and is STILL growing.... ergo, I feel a great, great story is and will unfold here. Just sit n wait for the next news update ....

Agree 100% Flashy. Those getting in now and in for the long term hold should do very well here imo. Ignore the traders and the short termers (they will come and go). But overall the trend here is upwards and I see many multiples in the longer term. Good visibility of cash, highly cash generative, growing revenues and should be improving Net Profit margins too as they grow and increase volumes which should bring economies of scale (hence improved net profit margins).

This is why IDP is buy n HOLD. I am fully expecting this to be multiples of where it is in time. I intend on holding this well into next year and fully hope to see nearer £10.

Couldnt agree more. This was already a great, under-valued business - a great value play. Its just got significantly better. It has sooo much going for it now. Buy in, hold and just sit back and see what happens. Definitely an investment play (as opposed to a trade). Lets see where its at end of this year and end of next financial year too. Feeling very confident here indeed.

Shylock, my shares are still with Sharedealactive - they seemed to say I can keep them with them and when ready they can sell on my instruction? Who (or what) are FBT by the way?

A rather 'curious' raising. Not so much the raising but the level it was done at. 2p a share??? Yet there are peeps offering to sell at 0.5p??? What do you make of that Shylock and anyone else still posting here ...

Hi Folks, just came on board to see what the take is on this placing at 2p and sae this thread. I have my shares with Sharedealactive which is on the Jarvis platform. I havent checked since but they said they could trade the shares as and when I was ready. Just letting folks know....

Tick up IL - That is exactly my take too. IDP will be driven by news largely and trading updates ultimately. But in the long term this will be looking very decent indeed IMO. Lets see what Team IDP delivers here in coming weeks and months, but at these levels to me its relatively low risk with very decent upside. (AIMHO).

trader-mick, do not forget that they have cash flows and pretty immediate for those direct on-line sales. So, that combined with the sales from the stores/resellers, one would hope they have sufficient funds in place. Dont forget also that they had cash in bank too. Hopeful of no placing needed myself.

Lets see what exciting developments the team have here then - I assume something is coming with new name, new website ...

Agree -those getting in sub 20p will do well here I reckon. Just look at the background of the Board and their track record. One of them has healthcare already and so I reckon the acquisition is already lined up/in mind to target for acquisition.

Yep, agree with that. Altho they got 150k shares at 10p and looks to me like because of high spread they have killed themselves. Perhaps waiting till new year for the fun to begin?
