Sorry that last post was in reply to JTF and not Whalberg.
Wahlberg, IDP does outsource both its manufacturing and logisitics, which for me is a good thing for now. At some point it may make sense as they grow in scale and products, to maybe acquire more of the supply chain which would add to Net Profit margins. I have long said IDP will be about its ability to grow Net Profit margins which could be achieved by simply producing in-house. BUT, for now it makes sense to out-source. I would even suggest a predator who has established manufacturing (Ie. PZ Cussons, P&G etc) may see it as an opportunity.
Forgot to add Boots Ireland rollout too. Also, I think its very healthy that this is consolidating around here. Technically, its bounced off 335 twice and was bought into very hard I felt. SInce then its consoldiated andbounced off the 3.70 area a few times. Next good news will see this drive up beyond £4 and ready to take on the next stage of growth I feel.
Possibly. But more to do with fundamentals. I think its just below fair value now, given what we know. ie. £8m revs and circa £400k net profit is expected for year end but with great growth prospects in immediate coming months (ASOS launch this month, Stevie K Launch in July, Charles & Lee launch in Jul, Shampoo in over 400 Superdrugs stores and of course continued growth of SkinnyTan). Its the next news that will drive this over 400p.
Thats what I thought - more upside then. Sweeeet!
I realised over the weekend that since production came to UK since Dec and lets not forget that the market has been growing the largest and fastest in UK for last 12 months, I wondered if currency movements would have an impact on IDP and profitability. Generally, the £ has gone down in value since the Brexit vote and again since the GE2017 result. I believe some production has been retained in Aus and its that production that has been supplying the US market as well (I think). But if all production is in UK now then I think it benefits IDP. Discuss ....
I think its now undervalued given whats coming in terms of £8m revs. That news lands and this will be back nearer £4 a share as more growth to come too. ASOS to kick in by end June Stevie K by end Jul Shampoo in 400 Superdrug stores by end Aug ... and goodness knows what ever.else
No issues with it, just calling it out, in case folks didnt realise that you're looking for a lower entry. At least you are open enough to acknowledge it. Fair play. With regards myself, I always thought it was in danger of over-heating and wanted it to consolidate. I think what we have here is very, very healthy indeed. It will turn back up at some point, and I suspect it will be sooner rather than later. The only question is which traders are going to have less IDP shares than when they started as they get caught out.
'cept whalberg is subtly de-ramping 'waiting patiently' to get in lower down that is. Cant blame the strategy though. Its good if it works.

.... and lets remember HC has got new deals dropping all the time. ASOS roll-out this month. Stevie K Launch next month Shampoo in 400 Superdrugs stores in Aug ... and thats just what we know about! Trading update to come in just over 8 trading days.
That's my take too. Looks very bullish here if you ask me. I hope the share price stays down at between 350 and 400, and then we get the update.
Exactly Rigger! Until one sees a reason to change their mind, then it is just a question of letting the process play out. At the moment all the plays are 'in play' so to speak and thinga are moving along nicely.
Rigger agreed, just trying to make sure that this stock remains 'sensible' and the less well-initiated dont coming on-board and with them bringing 'the herd' and making this unnecessarily volatile. I am very confident this will deliver (as you know).
As much as I like the bullishness and confidence levels here, I'd like to inject some realism. I am a LTH and am very hopeful here and expecting to be holding this well into next year. But we need to see what revs are for the year and more importantly for me is IDP's ability to transfer some of the GP to NP. These are aspirational, but realistic L/T goals (like 18 months down the line). For me they will ONLY be achieved based on IDP hitting milestones. That's the BIG caveat for me, it has to be delivered by progress and growth. ANd as each bit of progress comes the sp should ratchet up. It defo should not be based on hype, which what predicting 10 bags from now will only achieve. As an example, for me, right now, the sp is fair value for what we know. The trading update and next news flows will keep moving the share price up. Ultimately, this for me is a 'proper' investment. The real investment is in the Leadership of the team and their ability to deliver the goods (pun fully intended). It has been setup to deliver right from the outset. They have a very clear focus and understanding of their strategy, and so far have executed it in an exemplary fashion. The potential that is here is big, but lets see it play out in a steady, controlled 'milestone' driven way and not hype. Good luck everyone, i think this time next year (if you're still here, will fare very well for us).
Very strong .... very strong indeed! SO much in this interview!!! SO, SO MUCH! https://audioboom.com/posts/5975358-790-horizonte-minerals-hzm-innovaderma-idp-cluff-natural-resources-clnr
Hey Rigger, I'm confident here - very confident. Over time (longer-term) this will do very, very well indeed. I think it should hover around these levels now until we get confirmation of progress or next news. I'm keen to avoid the traders who will invariably bring volatility. However, I suspect as this is coming more and more on to people's radar then it will inevitably bring deserved attention.
Brilliant - I am really looking forward to this launch of StevieK - back in July by looks of it! https://www.steviekcosmetics.com/password Exciting times ahead here ... !!!
£3 will be the tough nut to crack, but when it goes....
Thanks for posting - I would rather he didnt do that article. But now he has, i can see £3 going imminently and possibly this week if not next week.
