Folks, Hugely encouraged by the fact that PZ Cussons felt they needed to complain to the ASA. Clearly they have been shaken by SkinnyTan. Clearly, short term this is not good PR for IDP and SkinnyTan. However, I think HC has played this the best way he possibly could. Whilst the complain was regarding as ad from 2016, he has not said anything about it until he actually had to and that was when the ruling and subsequent news article came out. This is good management as he has ensured ST is an established brand, got it into ASOS, Boots Ireland, Fenwicks etc. He has completed the raising before the ruling and has in place his plans to deliver the growth still. This news will be forgotten about by next week. With regards the posts I have read that Sales reps will use this - my challenge there is with whom? The only place ST is sold in UK is SD's and that is a solid enough relationship and I dont see SD's stopping the unique relationship at all. In a way, if they did it would be a win for IDP, as we could go straight to Boots and just stock there - the genius of establishing the strength of the brand in the interim period is highly evident with this example alone. Then add in in that same time, IDP have got Roots into SD and Body Glow too! The other thing to remember is that IDP is a relatively young Company and they are learning too. With Entrepreneurs in the business these teething issues will pop up from time to time. The important thing is that the product is safe, the product hasnt changed, and the complaint was for an ad back from 2016, and specific to just the f/book page. Very limited if you ask me. Those that buy fake tan lotion wont be swayed by the article as they would have become loyal users in my opinion. Interesting for me, and as has been said already, the fact that PZ Cussons felt the need to complain is highly encouraging indeed - they look on the ropes if you ask me. They cant play the product and so tried something like this. Very telling if you ask me! This if anything is an opportunity that even I didnt think would come again. I topped up today and if I can I will load up some more too. The other thing that has happened imo, is that with vol of nearly 500k shares, then its likely a lot of placing shares have now been flipped or churned and hopefully HC has some news lined up to 'wash away' this blip that hasnt affected the product, hopefully not the sales and certainly not the longer-term story that is being developed here. IDP - A story in the making!

Bought today - this looks like it has same growth pattern as likes of IDP.

Not a case of 'may well'. Newsflow pipeline is highly visible here, and plentiful. With the seeds sown by HC, he has ensured this is now on a continuation of a steep growth curve over next year with a few 'rolls of the dice' to deliver the next level step change in IDP's transformation ... with their experience, know-how and links with distributors I really cant seem them failing to deliver. IDP - a story in the making!

I prefer to take a 'feet on the ground' perspective and manage my own expectations. Happy to upgrade as they prove up things. For me Stevie K has huge, huge potential and is potentially a W7L all in its own right, and that is well over £150m mcap all on its own! (Not checked mcap lately)

I've only included anything new that is due that wont be accounted for. Body glow has been going for a 3 months now, but agree that could be additional growth. Lets leave that as 'upside'. There is other 'upside' too (ie. talk of Boots UK roll-out, US deals to come for SkinnyTan, and another deals not yet know about).

Updated, as someone just pointed out I didnt include Charles + Lee. .... 10 growth stories to come not in today's numbers which is growing anyway! I am convinced these are now going to have a meteoric rise in coming 12 to 18 months. I do not think its too ambitious to see this £15+ by end of next calendar year (Dec 2018). If all goes well then I can see revs being nearer £20m for next financial year end (Jun 2018).When you compare to the likes of W7L et al, to ST Tropez lotion (for previous value paid of £62m in 2010 for £20m revs, then this looks extremely attractive. Bearing in mind Skinny Tan as it is right now has at least annualised sales of £12m if we take a straight line approach of say £1m a month revenues for just Skinny Tan. (its actually probably more £1.1m to 1.2m for June) This does not include the following: 1) Skinny Tan roll-out in ASOS (Global market) 2) Skinny Tan roll-out in 65 Boots Ireland stores 3) Hair growth shampoo in 400 Superdrugs stores 4) London Beauty School taking Skinny Tan 5) Stevie K launch in July 6) Charles + Lee ,Mens cream launch 7) Skin Whitening, spf50 cream in 600 stores in Asia ($20Bn global market by 2020) 8) Leimo Hair Loss Products ($6Bn global market) 9) Leimo Headmaster FDA approved product launch by Dec 2017 10) ProLong Premature Ejaculation Kit (Only US FDA approved product Prem Ejac) launch in US by Dec 2017 (Over $500m market in US, and $1.4Bn worldwide). I am reliably informed that they are not doing any placing or cash call, which suggests to me they have very good cash position and therefore enough to re-invest for growth purposes in the new products. I have not stored too much into Monday's results -p for me its all about the next 2 or 3 months now and also what NEW deals or news IDP announce for the quarter from Oct to Dec. Bearing in mind there is enough going on between now and end Aug. Visibility of further growth will super-charge the share price and drive it higher. I am convinced should there be any weakness in price then it will likely get bought into hard. I know there was a seller last week of 40k shares and that overhang I believe is mostly cleared if not all cleared based on two very large sales seen in the trades. Expecting £8m sales low end and 8.5m high end. Let's see ...

Agreed - think this is now better position ed for Monday which is what I was hoping for. I prefer it to be around 3.70 mark. But not too worried. In just 2 to 3 months time watch what happens here, mark my words things will get explosive here.

Bet it closes with a flurry of buys. I can see this finishing in 3.30's. From these levels and by Aug at the latest I can see £5. That's a very decent return if you ask me.

I am expecting £8m year end numbers. This is more about the future growth which is huge imo.

Wahlberg, IDP does outsource both its manufacturing and logisitics, which for me is a good thing for now. At some point it may make sense as they grow in scale and products, to maybe acquire more of the supply chain which would add to Net Profit margins. I have long said IDP will be about its ability to grow Net Profit margins which could be achieved by simply producing in-house. BUT, for now it makes sense to out-source. I would even suggest a predator who has established manufacturing (Ie. PZ Cussons, P&G etc) may see it as an opportunity.
