hot trader, Firstly, I am a holder and have been for over a year. What i dont quite get is that the RNS from Q4 (Oct last year I think) said they had a favourable outcome to a court case then. But that RNS did not give any indication of what that would mean for AMP. ie. did they get awarded any compensation or is that going to be decided at a later date? Or is it that AMP now need to agree the licence fees etc with each of the company's that have infringed the copyright? Also, I have seen a few folks saying that a decision is due any day now what's that in reference to...?
Folks, I am a holder here for over ayear ago now I guess - qq, can someone please in laymens terms explain the data tern outcome - I appreciate there was a favourable ruling but there didnt appera to be any indication of what that actually meant to AMP/Datatern in terms of finances. Can someone explain? Also, are there other cases pending???
With Nigel Wray now investing in here, the debt cleared and a invoice driven debt facility to help with growing the business oh and a new strategy into other geographies and products, I think R4E is very well-positioned to move forward now. That said, I must imagine this will definitely hurt for existing holders who have bout at a higher price and also to see significant shares in issue. But, a good quarter of the shares is with Nigel Wray and I suspect he isnt selling anytime soon. In fact his help and expertise especially the strategy devt into technology cannot be sniffed at imo. Remember AIB are replacing 5m debt with 1p warrants that can only be exercised at 5p - so they are confident. This looks a very interesting and attractive play now for any new shareholders to be interested in it. Will watch with great interest.
If you're a shareholder then this likely will hurt, but I am now interested in this share given they have managed to get rid fo most of their debt and now stand steady to get on with delivering growth. And remember AIB have warrants at 1p that can only exercised at 5p. They clearly have confidence. I'm ready to load up if this drops to 1p levels...
Yes, have to agree - keep up the good work gents - invaluable for folk like me. I bought in because someone drew my attention to them a few weeks ago and i have to admit I recall looking into them, thinking contract news is due and the overall story looked good so bought in. Then I forgot the details and couldnt remember much about it at all. And today I was doing a wee bit of house keeping and have looked in again after asking some q's with Dr Maccers and is it smudgedane over on twitter and then came back here on LSE and I have to say instead of selling I ended up keeping these and now looking for any other opportunity to get in.
