not sure which part of uk you guys live in but i am based in Kent and you need to pay 400 k for poxy 3 bedroom new home , and they are flogging them before foundation are laid , please take a look at Garden city project in Ebsfleet , all major builders are competing there,
question being how much more those prices will rise ? i personally think we are due for small correction.

greegs pe currently at 32 so people have high expectation for this company, why so low expectations for builders then,is market expecting another housing bubble?

definitely related or even getting paid by nuog for ramping up , i have to say his posts seemed very knowledgeable at that time but that was probably copy and paste job from somewhere else....

I agree tony,is good that company is investing in most profitable brand. They should also try to pump some money in to Blackwood gin for example do 1 flavour gin ; also other brands should be discontinued if not profitable to cut cost,
