:) come on owls a bit of faith .... we get 2 quid very quickly , maybe by christmas:)
wow what a finish , dont remember when we saw 174 last time ? maybe month ago? well done TW
mr investment
very interesting calculations regarding future revenue/profit and yes i think the figures you presented are very pessimistic and we know they will sell more than 1000 units...
i have however 2 concerns i want your view on
1. cash burn is very worrying as from 5 mil they must have only 2 left by now and surely if they to produce the numbers you foretasted we will be due for another placing
2 although i find this product very good and innovative i hope it will not become one of those items that coming and going(like fax machine , polaroid camera or 3 d tv with gases who never nobody wears anymore)
what your view on this ?
euz due to release scoping study this week so could be big re rate , but again nothing guaranteed...
tom , nigel
sorry for asking about crst but i do value your pinion that why i came here with questions although i have to say bdev looks even better based on what nigel mentioned about their cash against mcap.... difficult choice those builders, currently still with tw and happy to pickup little divi next week or so. going back to the garden enjoying indian summer:)
i think CB is currently on +300 % profit right now , not bad in 6 months or so....
up 0.03 % :) but is up :) just quickly on crest if i may ,company worth 900 mil and have 100 mil in the bank tw 5 billion company and have 500 mil in the bank , so ratio tw against crst is about the same or i got this completely wrong?
thanks Nigel appreciate your thoughts, i also thought balance sheet looks ok , and whole company is only worth 900 million!
why this is o donnell ? https://www.crestnicholson.com/investor-relations/reports-results-and-presentations whoever is good in balance sheet can you pls have a look at financials , the cost of sales looks very high and there for profit margin has shrunk i think that could be the reason for sp fall
ps only asking as the sp looks very attractive now with PE of 5!!!!
Hi guys , i am considering to invest in crest as the whole company now only cost 900 million which is incredibly cheap but obviously could go lover(look at deb for example) what is the issue here? is it cost of sales is it brexit?, i will be reading their report but would appreciate your advice.
hi
i think johnson is spot on with an answer why such a big rise.... for last few weeks we went nowhere in terms of sp and finally looks like people starting to pile in for that little divi., anything above 177 for me is profit so lets wait and see , probably will pick up that divi and wait for sp recovery hopefully before brexit deal..... good luck to all holding .
this show must attract new investors, decent rise today., 4 more p and i will break even but not intention to sell it
hi guys sorry for subject change but i need advice. Trading 212 has now open stock and shares ISA with £0 trading fees!
seems to good to be true , how do they make money then? bigger spread perhaps? does any of you using trading 212? i am thinking to switch as i want to cut costs to minimum, any advice welcome....
Nigel

this link is from value investor column if you filter according to PE ratio it shows the cheapest builder currently is CREST with PE of 5.6 .... Maybe that would be good investment ,
Meantime very happy with TW today , so far do good
just don t go mad nigel and do your research first, also i would check the chart before buying as some of them could have the best rises behind them so at least buy on weakness.... be sensible as we dont want to be responsible for any bad decision ... good luck
i am also interested how much cash will they have left from 5 million , do you think the amount of shares they have is relatively low? looking forward for update...
The Options are exercisible three years after their grant, provided that the mid-price of the Company's ordinary shares meets or exceeds 40 pence per share at the time of exercise.
the fact that the staff bought in to this make me feel that 40 p will be achievable in 3 years (although i was hoping for more) lets wait and see...
if we talking potential 10 baggers have a look at EUZ , i have few quid there and waiting for news to come by the end of September, nothing guaranteed but worth a look....
and if someone is after slow steady growth with big divi pls read this article

question is is he only after divi or this is more of a long term hold but it seems like a good sign

what will be your sell price target or you just long term investor? allso what do you think about new ceo?
