I honestly do not have any objection to the issue of bonuses to employees as long as they are reasonably earned and the bisiness is prospering as a consequence, intact the more the better. Similarly, on the subject of share handouts, I am perfectly happy with the main board execs receiving major tranches of shares if the business is performing and the profits are delivered. What I'm not so happy about is when things are going rather badly and we shareholders have to endure the pain, to see massive tranches of shares doled out is disheartening to say the least. The only voices the board seem interested in listening to are the institutional investors and we are ignored.
