Apparently CA and Kerogen have signed IRREVOCABLY. So, 44% in the bag. Can't see a way out of this stitch up. BTW, PRAX operate the Lindsey refinery. Owners live in the Weybridge area.
Easyp Maris will have had his contract updated to give him shedloads compensation, sadly. It's standard for these guys, run it down and walk away laughing all the way to the bank. Remember Tony Durrant at PMO ?
CW I agree. If we're not careful, we'll lose the right to disconnection as well. Just like water cannot be cut off if there are children in the property.
I reckon CA got wind of an incoming stitch up bid by whoever and decided they weren't having it and found a bidder they liked better. Then they decided to take out the zombie Board to assist the process. As an aside, Kerogen are still out there...
I read recently of a strike at a refinery in the Netherlands that supplies most of the EU. They are back at work now but it may account for the shortage.
