I use Bloomberg and there are two functions that enable you to see which brokers are doing the Action. Liquidnet have been the most active here for a week and miles out in front most days. It was obvious they were sellers as they were most aggressive at start of the day particular and that was accompanied by drops in the sp. Since they cleared yesterday afternoon, that crazy level of volatility that we saw has stopped. Today they haven’t done a single trade!

Strong close… day highs at 109.8

Again, Liquidnet the broker who have been pulling this down for a week have left the building :)

Onwards and upwards SFOR holders.

Exactly, cash from operations balloons compared to historic levels. And remember the prices this was trading at before. At some point (and I think it will be sooner than later) this will take off.

Liquidnet have been acting as a broker for someone and dumped a massive amount over past week. They’ve usually been more aggressive at start of the day. Anyway that stopped finally yesterday afternoon. Nothing from them so far today. Top broker is WINS who are on 78k shares. Let’s hope that Liquidnet are indeed done as the shares will be freely able to move on any demand.

Yes, indeed.

My perspective is that I think the market soon turns its attention to the record cash flows that are coming. The difference between those numbers and the historic ones are vast so I won’t be surprised to see strong upside in due course.

SMS gave some upbeat comments at the recent annual general meeting about a real up tick in cashflows lately. I just focus on the fact that merger payments stop this year and that’s after soaring cash from operations (as per expectations below). This in my opinion is a very rewarding level to be taking a position.

2021: £54m

2022: £78.3m

2023: £114.8m

2024: £181m

I would suggest too that If the world recovers at a quickly pace it will be materially higher than these forecasts too. This is now extremely cheap and I genuinely believe the market will wish they accumulated in significant size from these levels shortly.

Just looked at his filings on Bloomberg and he doesn’t have a holding here. Good to know no downside risk from him! He’s been smashing them out elsewhere.

Would suggest that Broker Liquidnet were mostly cleared out this morning.

They did 842,756 shares in the first couple of Hours and after the executed the rise started kicking in. The also were very active yesterday with 1,092,804 shares. Think are done and next week this rises.

Sfor is trading here despite analysts baking in record free cash to the firm next year.

I just chuckle when I see the tiny free cash this generated in past years (when the share price was 6-7x higher) and next year is set to be a record and heading towards £100m! Cheap as chips and at some point this will reflect that.

This peaked at £54m free cash in 2020 but could be double that next year. If my company, I would initiate a big buyback for a temporary bump in net debt to accumulate what I could in shares down here. Having no payments again next year is a material catalyst for the shares.

If management is reading this then I really think you should contemplate a very large buyback sooner than later. Your estimates for free cash suggest you can do a large one and with the shares at 108p you are not going to get a better return than that ahead. I will raise this also in next weeks Q&A.
