Stephen has an exceptional leadership record, from start-ups to the largest organisations in both private and public sectors in the USA and Europe. Following early career experience gained in the European management team at Oracle, Stephen joined start-up Chordiant in 1997 and served as CEO of this NASDAQ listed business between 2001 and 2005. He served as CEO of MicroFocus plc between 2006 and 2010, followed by a period as Chief Operating Officer of the UK Government. Returning to the private sector in 2014, Stephen then served as Chief Executive of Sage plc until 2018.

Well played. I’ve been here since the fundraise was announced and not sold a share. Extremely confident this is going materially higher with the ip, tech, cashed up nature. Helps that large stakeholders are all trying to load too!!
