There won't be news until after the general meeting IMO. The price was manipulated downwards using matched trades before the Ukraine crisis. Both have worked well for the directors of CASP, keeping the SP in a range that makes the debt for equity deal more palatable to the regulators. Once the deal is sanctioned. I'd expect news a plenty
Yep...the manipulation of the price using matched trades is so blatant its almost comical. The idea of doing the debt for equity deal at a sensible price obviously doesn't appeal our Khazak friend...determined to get it through on the cheap...different world
Somm I think your summary is valid in the context of the information pis have had from Carver over the last 9 years. Personally I think since the discovery at A5 CASP directors have had one objective and that is to ensure that when they turn the taps on they have the biggest share possible of the profits. Carver has played a blinder in appearing to be useless...when in infact he's mange to oversee the removal of royalty payments, the sale of Galaz, the Baverstock merger, the rigs for equity, the boat for equity, 3AB for equity and now debt for equity. All this whilst managing to bring the SP down from 27p to where it is now. IMO the concert parties are fully aware that they can flow the deeps, rent the boat and sell 3AB...further Cap-ex will be minimal and revenues generated will be huge IMO. Dividends won't slow development. More matched trades this morning, someone is doing their best to hold the SP in range before 9th March meeting
The last RNS was vague to stop any spike in SP that may have caused the regulators to question the price of the debt for equity deal...after 9 years of holding these damn shares despite trading I still average 7.4p...I may be delusional but it does feel like the time for CASP to come good. CC compares this blind optimism as a mild case of Stockholm syndrome....I am hoping to be cured of it soon!!
The horizontal drilling has proved to be a success...they have a deep flowing...a new international licence.... they have a boat to hire...they have the potential to pay a one off dividend for the sale of 3AB and further dividends from profits...lot to like IMO
Mxiart....can you imagine launching a car to compete in a market dominated by the likes of Ford? Absolute madness!!! This is a high to luxury brand established on the basis that a lab derived product will perform better that one derived from plants. When will you realise you have totally misunderstood the prospectus and just do one!
Redinjun...let's all just give up then!!! just what the world needs another pompous preacher FFS
Expect to see product reviews and advertorial in appropriate publications, baçked up with appropriate digital activity. DB PR sitting in the background ready for full product range. Good Culture are the PR agency employed...worth looking at their other clients for an indication of where and how they will the brand...next time maybe DYOR
Anyone who says they aren't a troll or deramper and then spends the day posting unbalanced, negative and factually incorrect information... Cellular Goods are well on there way to delivering on their prospectus. The products are good and they've employed the right marketing company to deliver a successful campaign...GLA
Looks set to break out of this range....happy to have added this morning and looking forward to some news on Feb marketing campaign. I bought the product pre-Christmas for both family and myself and it's excellent
Why would you wait for a return to 5-6p. The AIM is all about opportunity IMO....waiting for a 50% rise in SP before feeling confident seems odd to me. I'd forget about CASP and stick with you FTSE stocks where a longer term return is more likely. Only my opinion of course and not meant to be confrontational.
