My thoughts are that the director resignation could have been as a result of the internal investigation into the Prim affair, the failed sales trip to the US or both...have a feeling that there may have been a potential breach of responsibility (171 companies act)...just a hunch bit something didn't smell right to me and could possibly explain the delay in updating shareholders...anyhow looks like the SP is on the move

The assets end up in CASP portfolio in exchange for shares, which increases the concert parties overall holding...the deal is authorised by the NEDs at 5p (premium on today's SP) to satisfy related party transaction concerns on fair value. No cash changes hands...so all that's in it for the concert party is a larger share of CASP. Interesting that there is a clause re sale of the total asset before second traunch of shares is due...my gut feeling is the end game is nearer than we think and this all about exit strategy and maximizing value. New licences are not being issued to businesses not already operating. Hence the top value achieved by the sale of shallows to someone seeing value in investing in Khazak.....50p per share for the lot AIMO

The sale of Galaz and the shallows demonstrates in real terms the value of the assets CASP have. Today's SP is in no way a reflection of the NAV IMO. The concert party must have an exit plan or at least a way of paying special dividends. I bought Friday and at these levels I'll buy again when funds are available. AIMHO

I've got a fair way to go to breakeven having originally bought at 6.5p. I've bought more recently and am excited about the potential this company has...some clarification on how the last placing was used and a resolution to the Prim affair and were off and running IMO.

Last placing was at 4p a share...got to be worth at least that now and multiples on new contract wins and Prim resolution IMO

Feel very confident that this is significantly undervalued. MCAP is tiny for a company in this space with revenue. Will break out soon IMO

This is going to break out...market flat on unemployment numbers and US uncertainty. Going to take the smallest of shifts in momentum here and we could see multiples of today's price in a flash...IMO

Yep someone happy with the prospects here. Has to be some good news on the horizon. 🤞
