Re-reading the last RNS I can see that there needed to be some re-structuring done before the auditors were happy to sign off. Personally I'd like to see a name change and a fresh start. Hopefully some news soon.

A major client has just won a European football trophy, surely this helps with some associated contract wins...BTC on the balance sheet will be showing a considerable loss (at the moment) Prim compensation maybe due, depending on why IMO JS stepped down....lots of variables here... auditors taking their time, would suggest that there is probably more work to do before they are happy to sign off. My hope is that coming out is suspension is combined with a sensible update on affairs...then game on

Hopefully today's RNS washes out some disgruntled shareholders and they are replaced with those who see opportunity. Happy to have added more.

Total garbage....BOD rewarding themselves for vastly increasing the MCAP of the company and enhancing shareholder value...that's what successful companies do!

It makes a big difference if they have shareholders with substantial holdings that the BOD believe are restricting them in working in the best interests of the company. If you have a large volume of dissenting shareholders , passing the resolutions necessary to move forward maybe more difficult than circumventing a major shareholder with nefarious motivation.

You are suggesting that 30% of the shareholders are in revolt...very dramatic. Actually it's nothing like that...it's a couple of shareholders with 30% of the shares who have obviously their own agenda. Nice try

New money arriving?

Looks like we have someone selling down. Was going to buy a few this morning, but now sat on my hands. Maybe next support level 5.50? Very tempting at these prices

Despite our background seller the SP is holding steady. Get the feeling that this is just about to break out this range. There seems to be plenty of interest here and the last update suggested that real progress has been made and that production may not be that far away 🤞

The BOD only needs to prove that they act in the best interests of the Company...they can overcome the tactical obstacles put in front of them by some influential shareholders as long as their actionssecure the future of the company is assured...some of the ex directors of this company have undoubtedly benefited from a lack of accountability...much I dislike this it's time to move on IMO...lots of gas is one who has a track record (Gatwick gusher) . I think we move on and let the new BOD sprinkle some salt about and kill the slugs that still want a nibble.

Acceler8 Ventures PLC - acquisition vehicle - Pretax loss in 2025 widens to GBP167,089 from GBP160,480 in 2024. No revenue is reported in either year. In April, fellow London-listing Intuitive Investments Group said it agreed a possible reverse takeover deal with Acceler8 Ventures. It values Intuitive at GBP600 million. Under the agreement, shareholders in Intuitive Investments will receive 2.6052 Acceler8 Ventures shares for each one in IIG held. Acceler8 says on Thursday: "AC8 has received irrevocable undertakings to support the offer from shareholders owing 25% of IIG's current share capital. The tie up with IIG and its associated primary investment Hui10 Inc, is exactly the type of opportunity that we have been seeking out since listing AC8 in 2021, and we will be making the requisite updates to shareholders in due course."
