Looks like a director buy to me. After the merger there are only 17% of the shares in free float and that is not including Lord Limericks holding.

From what I can see the last three years have been distinctly average for our resident stellar performer.

Good news here...finally puts to bed the taking the company private argument. a re-branding exercise is not cheap If they were going to take it private they'd do it now as Roxi and save the money. Interestingly E1 is looking for an intellectual rebate at the moment, if I was him I'd be asking for a refund instead. The intellect he's been sold is definitely not fit for purpose.

Just taken advantage of the AST discounted share offer so spare cash is tied up at the mo.... Was intending to hold until first gas but may take a quick profit and invest here....still not decided.

Looks like it is all coming together nicely...Roxi has done its job of exploring and confirming the size of the asset and the change to Caspian sunrise will signify the move to monetising the asset. Debt free and producing....what's not to like?

No idea where Richy gets his info...so cannot corroborate...however he is generally spot on in his RNS predictions.

He's never said anything of interest...read his very first posts about how lucky he was to have started companies and made fortunes by selling out...and yet he's admitted he's waiting for a 10% rise in sp so he can get out of a company he detests without losing a few quid...total loser
