Why would you write a letter to Shareholders when everything is already in the public domain. It smacks of desperation to me and I would be very wary....says everything and nothing. AST are shoddy but they are not desperate..

I still think INA will be part of the solution after the strategic review....all looks OK to me though for the time being...would expect a steady rise in SP until that's completed

We have just put a placing on the PIs...weve just given away $24m dollars of shares for something making a loss...would much rather of raised the $24m through a placing and fast tracked the development of BNG....instead we've got two dusters and a load of land...

HH that was my point exactly...what is relevant is that they are prepared to do a deal for a company for little or no worth so that the BOD can through the back door a greater percentage of the shares and therefore the potential profits. It shows them to be proprietors with a corner shop mentality and not that of somebody capable of running a mid cap oil business...its a crap deal for pis

FK I am a significant shareholder here and have been for a long time...I have as much right as anyone to question decisions made by highly paid directors, who are there to protect the interest of all shareholders. One day FK you'll realise that getting dramatic and shouty isn't particularly attractive. Until then I'll continue to post how I see it from my own position if it's OK with you of course..

I am not negative...CASP is going to come good. I am doubting now whether these people have the integrity to run a profit making, dividend paying oil company
