The delay is all about 3ab licences IMO...the purchase was subject to transfer of the exploration licences....on the basis that everything owned by 3ab was deemed uncommercial the Khazak authorities may be looking into the deal overall...I would guess that the deal needs to be completed with the shares within a range...hence all the 1 trades at 10p....I am fully invested here and have been for years...but as I have said before the 3ab deal stinks and isn't the behaviour of a FTSE 250 company...more the behaviour of somebody running a corner shop

DHC you'll need some credibility if you want people to take your opinions seriously...credibility is generally gained with knowledge and perspective....you may want to think about making a start gaining one or the other until then your posts appear pointless

FK feels like we'll see some upward movement very soon...just time to sit tight. I originally had a target price of 74p based on original WH Ireland estimates...however don't see any point in selling as my target price will be accompanied by dividends which could outweigh the benefit of short term profit...wouldn't be surprised to see some upward movement this afternoon.

The IPPC permit doesn't seem to be the top of CH's priorities at the moment. It may suit all parties that a deal is done without the permit.

During the period of lower than contracted production INA could have imposed financial penalties on AST...Colins view was that INA were comfortable with the position. I agree that a deal has already been struck with INA and the delay is all about due diligence and the legals...

You borrow shares not buy them to open a short.....you buy them to close it....pretty basic stuff....

Totally wrong FD....there is a load of interest in this share...nobody has any interest in selling at these levels...we'll see some resistance at 20p then 30p next stop £1 until news we are stuck in the 10-12p range..

They need to protect the integrity of the well by sustaining the pressure within it...its about the size of the asset at the moment not how fast it flows...really happy that there is the level of detail there is within the RNS shows they are confident of a positive outcome IMO

Got a few quid invested here at 1.15p...hoping to see a bid of circa 4p in the very near future...risk v reward AIM for you!!

News is due now on the deeps...anything positive and today's SP will be long gone. MJF structure alone will net $7M more based on last year's production at international prices...dividends possible on that alone

FK for Clive and Edmund to sign it off as at arms length, they have to be able to convince the regulators that they are independent and on an equal footing. Any moving average above the 12p would have been seen as offering a discounted deal to the director selling 3AB....therefore until the final details of the transaction are completed we wont see anything positive coming from CASP.
