Not sure why planning will be an obstacle...Clogau has produced before even though it was on a small scale...there's hardly any environmental impact and production will be good for both the local economy, tourism and employment. They could be pretty near to production IMO

The decision to use an external contractor to do the grunt work makes perfect sense...they will spud and drill three wells whilst the guys on payroll get them to flow. Time efficient and gets more wells into production quicker. Sinopec are huge and massively experienced, they left a pipe down the hole and a sidetrack was needed. Let's get the next well spudded asap and one of the deeps flowing.

I would have thought there was a standard rate paid which you could share with me. My ROI over the last 5years is appalling and with so many deadlines passed with so little progress I am looking for any reason at all why I should remain invested...

What if the funding issue is covered by a director happy to lend at 7.4p per share...still considerable funds left to draw down...as with everything with CASP the drop in SP is manufactured to shift shares into directors hands...good news in the long run...just corrupt IMO

May be the first of a few positive RNS...GF said recently that this was the time to be invested with many of the projects nearing conclusion or production...huge potential here with Brockham and HH able to create free cash flow for further exploration.

I cant see how this recovers from here. Government in Slovenia are not interested in AST and never have been. Would make sense to cut losses and get the market value for AST without a permit. The Slovenian ministers are playing at being big time charlies trying to give a British company a bloody nose whilst the Brexit negotiations are going on....all a bit pathetic , but it is what it is.

I think AST have a deal done without a permit...the RNS was just to make the offer more acceptable...expect an offer around 1.25 imo
