Colin isn't going to have a conference call without solid proposals to discuss...there will be an RNS ahead of the call confirming that AST are in talks with an interested party...there is no other reason for him to have this call at this time

Feels like there is already a takeover JV already done in principal...just awaiting RNS to confirm that they are in talks...watch for some buying in blocks IMO
