The new chairman has just invested 10k of his own money into the company, the price has declined since his investment, if he had any control over the share price he would have waited for the drop.
The control that the bod will have over the share price is getting pen on paper, any of the current projects getting us commercial contracts will be taken positively and that’s why Andy invested. He has more knowledge of what the future holds and he’s bet on it.
Unfortunately all we can do is wait.
Of the current ships at sea there are only a handful capable of running on methanol. Ships built to date have to run on the fuels that they were designed to run on, methanol not being one of them. So the transition may take 30 to 40 years to have all vessels running on methanol, this is the reason that bot MSAR and Bio MSAR are transition fuels.
So unless Maersk are going to replace their whole fleet with new ships with methanol ready engines, they too have to go through the transition as do others, thats where QFI technology come in to play.

One thing for sure, if any company wanted to pick QFI up for peanuts, they wouldn’t try to prove the fuel any further, it just adds value. Why wait

Maersk own all of the information on both poc and Lono, they paid for the trials and so they hold all info.
Maersk tried to patent the fuel delivery system for the fuel and failed. They wanted full control of any possible future development.
If commercial negotiations are to start after poc and 2000 hours on bio msar (interim Lono), commercial rollout of bio msar could come allot sooner than expected. That would be the time for additional ships to join the testing which by then could also include the Mann engined version.
The share price will have to be many multiples of 3p before the BoD would consider purchasing the share options, they won’t purchase if there is a chance the price might rerate to 3p, so 12-15p range minimum. I’ll be happy

The article is dated, however, to take residue of bio diesel ( glycerine) and mix it with crude/ residue without the msar process is going to be more of a concern/ mess

Wouldn’t surprise me, with the last few days of trading that we get tr1 for a current major shareholder increasing their shareholding having taking a chunk off premier Milton.
