The encouraging thing is that they are clearly trying to get round the Illumina block by technical as well as legal measures - in that light, the extension of time caused by the appeal process is no bad thing.

Interesting development - continues remarks made earlier re. different preparation techniques, so I imagine this development may well be some way down the line already via an NDA?
