Additional shares now admitted and, guess what, company value back at what it was before the excitement (ie around �400 million). It was bound to happen in the absence of any extra positive news. Which is not to say that won't happen soon....

Why exactly - there's nothing here we didn't know? Perhaps strongest indication yet that at least some spin-offs night be successful, but not for a while. So, no, I don't expect a boom.

I don't think there's any mystery. Like most Biotechs, it all takes longer than anyone imagined. I still think there is potentially massive value here but it might be some time.
