If I may add, there have been some discussions on the BB over the past couple of years on cost. I believe the consensus was that (1) no kidney problems (2) fixed dose, and (3) shorter hospitalisation may actually give MTFB a fair slice of the market. I agree, it's all estimation though at this stage and could well see estimates exceeded or the opposite!

Agree. I can't see them selling more than they need to in the face of a possible price increase. On the previous payments they may have judged they were too far away for price to save them - now, perhaps not.
