If these guys can do for the SP with no news what the bod have failed at with almost every announcement I’m not complaining. Mentally I’d accepted a big loss so at least they bought some hope back.

Agree it was a good weak dollar day and the bounce was partially systemic rather than specific imo.

On a more positive note though PP might be a lucky omen for me. (I was averaging down Omi around 7/8p after 18 months of disappointment and then PP turned up and the stock went up 100%)

I hope the lighting strikes again here (If PP brings more volume)

Just sincerely hope BOD are as confident in the fundamental value as you mr positive and avoid swapping out another big chunk of equity for the equivalent of next years wages.

I agree that the iam JV is worth mcap on its own but bod need to avoid selling even more of the company for silly money for the market to agree as well imho

Mm’s don’t seem to have the drop as firmly on this now, sellers must be drying out/no new shares issued for a long time (I’ll actually give Brad minimal credit for that) and most people will not sell down here in light of recent events.

If you wanted singles forget it. Why miss out on probable medium term 5-10p gain by trying to save 2p?

Showing a bid of 11.5 but they are paying premium for size.
Keeping the spread as wise as poss as a deterrent to buyers and to force those on margin out.
Whether your a trader or a longer term holder I think both sides can agree this is set up very nicely for another attempt at 20p this year.

Great to see positive update out of the blue putting do firmly in blue.
Anyone holding out for single figures prob not going to get them now.

Might just be the day the wind changed.

Even the Arg/Brazil JV’s which I believe make the investment case less attractive but keep Brad firmly in his seat have done absolutely FA other than create funding requirement.
In January he said was going to take a few months to set up a co. for the tin JV. Now October and we’ve here diddly squat.

It’s just not good enough from holders perspective and certainly should not entitle him to issue even more undeserved and extremely disproportionate options

Brad’s just a slippery eel of a man.
Thinks we don’t see him tinkering with JV’s and trough snout options.
(He can’t even claim the discovery)
His options should be rightsized to reflect his actively skin in the game.
I will be gutted if he gets millions more options at these sort of levels given the amount of information he provides us.

Don’t worry about it mate, after what he’s been paid to oversee finance some sort of communication on the matter is literally the least he can do.
I just don’t see any point trying to reason with idiots anymore and unfortunately that’s the only conclusion I can come to.
They had years to avoid this situation. We’ve all been discussing it here for best part of 2 years but they carried on diluting and smiling even going as far to tell us the “chatroom posters don’t understand how they are building assets and dilution doesn’t matter”

Chat room posters do understand and many would have done a better job by not giving false hope on legacy assets.

In fact you would have been better off starting with a newco. minus the best part of a billion shares you started with as dead weight. If you weren’t going to put any value on the assets associated with those shares then a new co cap structure would have more flexibility and we wouldn’t be in the confetti league and moving into third round of confetti cup.

Thought they could raise from legacy and it was too difficult a job for them and failed, it that’s simple.

It does occur to me though if I as an armchair part time trader could pinpoint this failure on legacy issue approx 18 months ago and the havoc it would cause the SP why couldn’t the BOD see it?

If they could see it why didn’t they start doing something other than confetti sooner. And then there the second confetti round…

It’s like they were totally ignorant about dilution pressure. The incompetence is genuinely worrying considering the roles Tim and Bob are able to secure with public funds.

I wonder if Bob really was naive enough to believe his own comments on dilution. It’s bizarre

Without a JV I just don’t see how we don’t get diluted beyond repair.
What other levers can they pull?
Obvs can’t raise through legacy or would have already and can’t offer market any assurance because only option staring us in the face.

Can just imagine them “ranking targets” like they playing a game of geological top trumps and persuading themselves of what a great job they have done.

SP here getting close to nominal value. If it goes below Tim is going to be forced to confront the elephant and comment on it.

A loaded question smiley face proactive interview is not going to get around that.

He’d have to call an EGM to re-organise capital and then seek permission for more dilution.
He will get it approved because investors will accept anything that avoids company being wound up. Shotgun politics at that point.

He literally can’t stay silent on the SP much longer because if it goes below .1 he’s got all sorts of problems to present us with.

Just going to account for a loss here, refuse to even gamble anymore on it. If it comes good and the dilution by that stage allows me to salvage something then great but the previous risk I mentioned of being diluted out/consolidated looks like it’s coming home to roost.

Good well run gold producers like shg are not seeing any real value outed. Orr are still trying to prove up little value by swapping big chunks of equity for small amounts of money and has no chance in these conditions.
