You’ll see how quickly they get out from under the rock with lame apologies about how busy they have been or e-mail glitches they have recently suffered.

It’s ok me saying Iam JV I’d worth mcap alone or others saying the value is disconnected with other explorers but the fact is that when Orr sat down with their new bokers they all agreed the value of the whole of OMI was approx 3 million quid.

So bod rubber stamped that value and in effect signalled to market that they can and will dilute at any price

Imagine if the project % reverts, Omi have huge benefit from sunken costs.
If project goes ahead what’s all fuss about.

Unless I’m missing a huge risk like something political with new govt (which can never be ruled out) mcap at 13 looks like win/win either alone or together.

Agnico surely have way more to lose now that Brad has come clean on the difficulties and market has reacted. Nobody can have wanted this so the bullet is bitten already.

I really do think he has a good negotiating position because market has judged harshly already.

How much lower can it go even if they walk away? My guess is the price might even rise on the % reversion and removal of certain uncertainties

He would have to get his wallet out and what with having to fit 3 ghosts in one night as well might be a bit much!

Im more optimistic at this valuation too, MM’s would have carried on dropping it if they had enough sellers.

My only concern on the price action is there may have been a lot of T20’s still in the market that will be forced sellers over next couple of weeks so I’m also being tight. Bah humbug!

Who knows where the bottom is? One thing we can expect is that the SP will move in advance of news so traders will not want to buy after the fact.

I come back to the fact that at 13 million with 2.5 cash Agnico agree and share price back in teens in a flash or Agnico don’t agree %’s revert and 13 million looks cheap on that basis too.

The risk is of course that politically things are much less secure than we know and new govt isn’t going to accommodate as much but for some weird reason (probably the detail in Q&A and fact no contradictions occur to me)
I actually believe the real situation is the situation we are informed of so it’s just looking cheap even if they walk and a steal if they go ahead largely as planned.

None of us were happy with the meagre info the JV allowed for and the slightest whiff of drilling areas Omi not happy with is def a red flag .

Agnico want to be both buyer and responsible for valuation. That’s a conflict isn’t it?

Maybe better for Omi that we get the benefit of the data and then use it for OMI own benefit and be unshackled in communications and geological value enhancement..

Maybe Agnico’ s greed and cunning will see them come unstuck in this case?

I can’t go as far to say I approve of Brad. I just can’t abide by the way he helps himself but I do like fact he’s not blinking.

Who knows, if it becomes apparent Agnico are just trying it on and will sign anyway maybe he can turn tables with upper hand in negotiation?

If he’s called them out by demonstrating they can walk if they want then maybe he can also insist on other stuff too?

From where I’m sitting Agnico have much more to lose than Omi whose value has already been mostly sucked out.

As someone who doesn’t mind dumping and taking a loss if I feel it’s economic I’m not selling down here. If I had to go one way or other I’d buy and if market gets silly scared by this uncertainty I’m going to begrudgingly buy more (said i wouldn’t but if this goes lower a waste not to).

I’ve got my eye firmly on the mcap and at 14 million seems market has already priced agnico walking but not fact that %’s will revert and fact that 3 mill means no short term placing pressure.

At 14 mill this is Good value if agnico walk and amazing value if they stay.

Sentiment and silence will have its usual effect but if SP wants to drop a penny or two then I’m sure many of us have cash to throw.

As disappointing as the SP is I actually see a positive in fact Brad hasn’t rolled over and as someone who likes an underdog i actually welcome the smaller co.standing up for itself.

Maybe just maybe Brad can get his holders back on side with this activity and prove he isn’t pocketed..

Just like he said in Jan it would take a few months to set up Brazilian JV vehicle and here we are in Dec with no clarity on that.

John same thing happened to me and I informed nomad but looked like an oddball and wasn’t taken seriously. That’s when I decided I had to sell out at right price and time. I bought a few back embrassingly but purely a gamble for me.
Where’s there’s no accountability there’s no credibility so can’t really regard it as a proper investment.

If Brad can get a payrise and more options on the back of this year hes untouchable.

However much he disappoints holders and pillages the cap structure he will get away with it time and time again.
