Legal v true but again this one is a particularly poor show.
Most won’t start off with a pfolio of legacy baggage and roughly a billion shares already. This was doomed from the start unless they raised from pfolio.

If the old holders knew they were just going to turn to the printing presses and issue stock like post war German marks then they wouldn’t have got the keys.

All the big talk early on legacy was quickly replaced with geo waffle.

They’ve raised at least 5 mill since they got the keys.
The maths on this are more horrific than I’m used to seeing

Yeah many create some value and then dilute to drill in the hope of even greater value.

These have created zero value and diluted regardless.

I have other gold stocks that have been struggling incl Altn/shg/wsbn and I very rarely if ever comment as “it is what it is”.

Problem here is that they have known for a long time where this dilutive policy was heading and they also know early stage explo is dilutive and not value enhancing.

So what did they do? Diluted even more to do even more of same. Come on Tro, doesn’t it even irritate you a little bit?

Once they dilute again they can’t Undilute.

I haven’t even bothered trying to find out as it’s kind of irrelevant to this phase of price action.

They can’t pay bills avoid/dilution with future perceived value and have proven themselves inept and quick to rollover to get the cash.

Honestly think the old assets would have been better off without Tim n Bob.
They have diluted and burned cash on wages and early stage exploration which have had zero positive impact on SP and as a result iam JV caught up in the bigger mess that their model creates.

I’m guessing they must have paid themselves almost half a bar each in return

So if managem jv is worth current mcap or more alone (I agree) how does that reflect on CFO after last placing which valued whole of ORR post cash at around 3 million.

The last one was an enormous kick in the balls for event recent holders. The next ones a head shot

The rns is worded to sound good “unabated success” etc but in reality it’s just more early stage, data light, waffly early stage explo.
The CFO here has previously quoted that early stage exploration doesn’t really improve mcap (it’s Same wIth nearly all explorers)
