What is Brad George really up to here?
He never mentions commencement of drilling (which we know SP would like ) yet he feels needs to announce temp suspension?

Is that a red flag or him just **** covering after his drill drill drill comments??

You could be forgiven for thinking he plays down positives and talks up negatives whilst saying
“Market doesn’t care”

Quite frankly why should it with all of Brads shenanigans.

Normally I’d load back to half a mill because anza is still exactly the same exciting prospect but I just can’t expose anymore of my poor old cash to Brad.

As others have already alluded to, Very convenient and co-incidental he says he should release the data on eve of AGM.
In this instance id actually welcome seeing no rns before AGM. Just has the feel of being very staged and limited otherwise.

Hard to tell if Brad thinks all aim punters are stupid or if he just genuinely does not give a hoot what his holders think of him.

If it’s the latter I hope he remembers this when he wants to raise money on AIM

The excitement is killing me.
Could be worse he could be giving himself big pay rises and chunks of the equity regardless of performance.
Back to that ridiculous proposition where the lower the share price the better for his options strike so he benefits even more from low SP.
I’d blame it on AIM governance but at least you can vote against resolutions ordinarily.
He’s even stitched up his long term AIM shareholders by fixing the voting with the dual listing.

Just like the other crux questions that I won’t bore everyone with anymore.
Sorry for my caution/cynicism but Brad’s stewardship of these assets is quite special.

I’m going to FO till next rns to see what happens.

Cash burn accelerated a little in the months between the rns and the period.

Bhargav I hope you are right that the SP gets time to mature a bit before a liquidity event.
The news from Anza will need to come thick and fast to get a placing away to even match the warrant expiry levels and gold will need to perform (I believe that part will happen)

Also means that cautious will view this as simply wait for the inevitable liquidity event before placing bets.

Really poor strategy in terms of creating value in the Share price which is different to simply creating value..

With the current SP at 10p and the “free hit” JV’s causing dilutive concerns market replaces guaranteed dilution at 25.5 with probable dilution below 25.5 imo

If warrants strike price was around market price or below expiry could be positive but with current circumstances they won’t be able to raise at a better price than 25.5 for quite some time imo.

There are loads of other holders I know that don’t post on this site who also don’t like the trade off between Anza and Arg/Brazil

Can’t see them getting a better than 25.5 placing price to develop early stage exploration elsewhere.

Was he hoping to use warrant exercise cash for arg/Brazil?
I know he’s put them on the back burner but the elephant won’t leave the room until the events passed

Also have shg and wsbn stock as you may know I comment almost never on those stocks but as you say a number of aspects of Brad’s stewardship are just laughable.

I expect delays and disappointments (not moaning about wsbn delayed assays or shg recent insiders) and agree top slicing/banking a necessity if you want to play this game.

This one just looks like Brad is pimping out Anza. Using it for his own personal gains and probably been given green light major shareholders as long as he ultimately sells them Anza if/when they want it.

I’ve been messing with this stock for 2 years now under the impression that things would ramp up.
Only thing that has ramped up are Brads salary and options!

I just can’t help think it’s a shame Anza exposure is only via Brad and his other stuff/their requirements/options etc
Could have been a straight bet on Anza with no dilutive expectation/no JV’s
If you look at the recent circular his option incentive was to intro a JV. He did that so got his perks
But quite honestly how does that benefit holders and more to the point the Share Price?
How can it yet be regarded as success and worthy of reward?

I’m not that worried about the risk/money I have here now (and I did put it back in aware of the negatives) but I just find the corporate activity very distasteful and compelled to point it out on the site he often promotes himself on.

Brad says it’s getting old when asked about his lack of personal investment (can’t hide behind the poor man comments on 180k can he? Inflation not that bad yet).

This SP will re rate at some point but in shackles imposed by Brad himself

I also voted against his options last year and I voiced concern to the nomad that the votes against weren’t being registered.

It’s not just that Brad is a geo by trade and therefore a weak ceo. I think it’s a lot more cynical than mere incompetence.

He’s using the Anza value as a way of turning Omi into his own retirement fund and he’s brazen, unsubtle and unapologetic about it too.

I only bought a small few back recently and it’s already becoming tiresome.

With an average of 11.6 I refuse to lose on that but will be glad to sell on the news again.

Everyone can sit by patiently (entirely their prerogative) while Brad plunders, dilutes and spreads risks into areas unknown if they wish but il take 15p as I’m not greedy!

No he’s working for certain holders and the rest are a nuisance.
He dulls everything down and provides meagre level of communication with the market then says things like “market doesn’t care”

Totally oblivious to the fact it’s his job as ceo of an explorer to try and make the market care.

All this while he awards himself a payrise and another 900k shs worth of free bets.

Thought he would try and warm sentiment ahead of AGM and further unjustified self enrichment.

Although tempted to try and see the current price as a positive for buying more cheap it’s Starting to feel like phase 2 will be busy but Omi holders will be last to know or hear anything.

Being an OMI holder on AIM is an absolute inconvenience to Brad who must find it distracting when he’s trying to load up on more options/pay rises.

Has he backed this properly with own money - no

Well I always go with my own emotions.
My money, my gains or losses and my decisions.
I’d much rather be wrong and sitting on cash than wrong and sitting on losses

The fundamentals changed here, some people want the other JV’s and some don’t. But whichever way you see it they still changed.

Anyway happy to hold a smaller amount with less expectation.

We both want the same thing, my expectations are just lower than yours

Bhargav I’m not going to the AGM as don’t regard myself “invested” anymore and if I get the chance to sell before then I may not even own shares on that date but if you ever want to meet in the city let me know.

I been messing on AIM since it’s was in its infancy (blacks leisure was the ASOS back then to give you an idea)
I’m just posting my observations as they occur to me.
My very bullish view on this stock changed so my position got adjusted.
I’ve posted consistently on these fundamental changes and to be honest think I’ve been bang on if you look at my posting history
Everyone got a chance to buy more at 8 and everyone got a chance to sell at 17.
AIM is a swamp for “investing” imo but if you just want mere vessels of volatility with no illy find then it’s useful at times

It’s not at depth either. It’s easily found if you know exactly what your looking for
I mean it’s on their website!

Just under 12p / underwater in Omi for a change - looking to sell 15-20 so unemotional about the fundamentals these days.
Still think Anza will prove spectacular but my glasses not as steamed up these days
