If they were decent salesmen maybe they could have persuaded a JV partner to share costs?
I thought it was logical for Tim to secure MTL as a JV partner for the large land package
Mtl have a boost to their cashflow pending, are actively seeking more exploration and Tim is on the BOD there.
If he can’t get a JV there with people he knows well who must respect his opinion to employ him then where on earth will he find one!

Wonkey they should have either raised from monetising an asset (just as they said they would) or started with a new co that didn’t already have hundreds of millions of shares as dead weight to begin with.

Yes in the current market it’s not easy to raise Mindy but they backed us and themselves into this corner with the failure to raise from assets whilst at same time burning cash on activities which are undeniably non-value enhancing.

There is so much they could have done differently such as exercise the warrant clause at .68
Whether that particular failure was simply an oversight or confidence/greed because they thought they could raise higher the end result is the same and this is just one example of numerous specifically dilute failures over last couple of years.

We all expect dilution but they have sold off more than half of the company since they got on board to carry out activities which they KNOW are not Value enhancing.

In fact there is SO MUCH could have been done over last couple of years to avoid this extent of dilution.

It’s not the fact they dilute, it’s the amount they do and the prices they do it at and what they do with the money.

The dilution comments were unforgivable and in light of recent occurrences insulting.
I think as shareholders we should all e-mail smeeton to ask the very question I mention.
If his answers are more vague hopeful bull**** we should organise the vote to try and remove him.

We’re not stupid, we see how he’s pulled the wool on legacy and doesn’t give a f about dilution (have e-mail to prove it) so we should try and remove him.

If we are successful if would be positive to see that PI’s do have a say in how their funds are being used.

If we aren’t successful at least he’s made uncomfortable and under no illusions we’re disgusted with him.

He came Into power at Orr with a false manifesto and isn’t fit for office.

His recent comments about the market’s confidence growing in the assets is an outright falsehood.

As CFO he should know that numbers don’t lie, words do.

Those in favour of removing smeeton by voting against his re-appointment say aye.

I was pleased with that, first and foremost re/assures that we should have more drill data before agm.
Secondly he seems aware that progressing the JV’s at all costs is not what current investors expect or want and is already on thin ice with the “free hits narrative””

If he wants more options without creating incandescent rage for his already frustrated holders he surely has to intro some positivity to proceedings.

At the moment due to its severely dilutive policy this company benefits bod only with wages but firmly puts every single holder underwater due to the fact that the little amount of cash that remains after the chunky wage bill is used for early stage exploration, which Bob smeeton has confessed to holders doesn’t not improve mcap.

The question the bod surely need to expand is not only how they are spending the 600k but

“How is the 600k you have just sold 20% (at a whopping 3 million quid which is probably less the the iam JV is worth) of all of the companies assets for going to put any value on the SP?”

According to Bob smeeton himself early stage JV’s exploration won’t add value at this stage, and whatever is being spent on wages, rents, expenses won’t either so HOW IS 600k GOING TO ADD VALUE?

And by value I mean value that everyone and the market agrees upon. Not the value which you claim you are creating but remains ignored by everyone outside of ORR.

Because if you intend to continue diluting at this rate the value you are deluding yourselves with has no actual value in reality to the SP which is your ever dwindling collateral.

They will have an amount they are willing to pay for Anza and simply because the two JV’s carry value of X it won’t have any baring on what they will pay for Anza imo.

Dr why would Omi mcap be relevant to a bid for anza?
A high mcap for Omi would make a bid for whole of Omi even less likely (if that possible at all with new model) as they would be paying premium for JV jaunts….
Also like to add you have much greater understanding of the geology than me and I read many of your posts with interest and not trying to agitate but i can’t see a link between Omi mcap and sale of Colombian assets?

Happy to be educated and made to look silly on this point but the JV’s suited brads personal agenda.
The SP would have been much easier to value and more turbo charged if it reflected Anza only.

It really p@ssed me off last year that he did this and I acted on it too to bring down not only my numbers if shares but my average too because Brads activities intentionally rule out a bid and probably see him through to retirement.

With 162k shares a job as ceo for next 5-10 years with all the perks would I imagine have been far more preferable to him personally than a bid.
