I know what you mean. End of the day, we stand to lose but they will simply re-adjust their losses by issuing more options to themselves down the line.

We all pay for their failure and they just get a fresh start if they dilute us down.

My prev post got removed. Similar thing happened when a poster called jonnymac turned up with one post around the time of last raise.
They were obvs trying to get control of the narrative on here on order to force more into the black whole of Calcutta.

I hope all holders have made it clear directly to the BOD that the excessive dilution is completely unacceptable against a backdrop of approx 500k annual wages/office costs and spending the bulk of remaining funds on activities which the CFO has stated (doesn’t really impact on mcap)

Heads firmly up own arses here imo. Pretty soon our voices and votes will consultitute an irrelevant % so speak now or too late

Sometimes being fearful is common sense, market doesn’t award medals for bravery, just as likely to punish but I do the whole thing about equity wipe out was irrational fear.
