If a firm offer was made (which i think v unlikely) the mm’s would simply open the price at within .5p of the offer price and the price would stay around there until shareholders accepted or rejected..

Wouldn’t require a suspension, if an offer was made mid-day price would go into auction.

Don’t see an offer happening, think SP bouncing as the fear of wipe out lessens.

Nothing fundamental has changed but the very fearful are prob out now so sentiment turned

I just got priced 6.6 to sell. Makes no sense when I’m seeing 6-6.5 spread

If they do it the hard way and avoid placing at these derisory levels then they restore some credibility around the lifestyle company accusations..
If they sell off another massive chunk of the biz at a valuation under 5 million then it’s obvs a lifestyle co. and a massive F U to the long suffering holders they bull****ted with tales of legacy.

I honestly can’t tell which way this goes, im stil holding 50k pp from the .16-.165 level, usually I’d add here and hope the bottom is in.

Logically based on fact that they look like grown ups and call themselves CEO and CFO and the fact it’s been well known for 12-18 months that their dilutive model does not create value irrespective of geo data then if should be fair to assume they have realised this and the plans they hint about address this.

However I have v little confidence in bod given their record of failure in certain areas and ridiculous accompanying statements so for me it remains a bet and not an investment which I am already kicking myself for not cashing out for a quick 2/3k profit.

Was I getting carried away and thinking hold, buy dips?

Only the time will tell and only Tim and bobs plans around dilution will decide.

Are they really dilute fairly recent holders that quickly?

Tried twice to buy the dip but only got quotes at 2.9 odd so stayed out now but for those holding the stocks firmly offered. Bottom might have gone, tomorrow will be interesting

Buffet wouldn’t touch aim full stop.
Don’t see the relevance of Buffets wisdom where AIM is concerned.
His quotes relate to mostly profitable, cash flow positive biz. Not the loss making dilution monsters on AIM.
Patience isn’t a virtue on AIM in general, you get the occasional asos or ncyt doing 100 bags but then people sometimes win the lottery,
Much better to be proactive with your risk cap using volatility rather than hoping for a rare successful end game.
Patient buy and holds a mugs game. Take Omi for a example.
Those selling 17 can afford a significantly larger holding in the company already.

The gold market fascinates me at the mo (grim fascination recently) because for many of the producers the rising costs make the aisc uneconomic. What’s the point of producing at a loss?

In your opinion do you think gold price adjust upwards naturally to reflect costs or do you think it needs some of the expensive production shut off to tighten supply/demand first?

If it re-tests the bottom I’m back at in. If not still v happy with around 40% on the day.
I could be be dead if I waited to earn that in annual Interest payments

I got fooled Yan. Bought .39 sold .5 for a day trade. Think it will prob see more activity but just wanted to claw back the loss I made buying around 4 selling around 3.
Happy with that but would honestly like to see others get out of jail more as well.

It’s just insulting to holders who have had their funds p*ssed away on promotional activity (by a supposed marketing guru) and big overheads to now say that they have put in place for effective cash management?

Wouldn’t we all like to know why they didn’t cut costs sooner and chose to be loss making?

Taking a salary reduction at this point is meaningless as there won’t be any money to pay themselves with anyway.

Also what Exactly do you mean by “essentially”?
As in “we have essentially completed our rebuild strategy”.
