questions I would really like Brad to answer at next Q&A

1. If a bid was made for the Colombian assets approx what % of cash would you expect to return to holders?

2. How can you describe dilutive activity as “free hits”

3. Why are UK AIM shareholders (your largest % holder collectively) locked out from voting and why bother wasting their time asking them to vote I first place?

4. Why have you awarded yourself lowball options for a couple of long winded/yet to be funded JV’s that have helped the SP decline and could prove to be failures?

I don’t have any angst having sold out around 3 but I agree with DGU that investors have been misinformed and not given a true picture.
I also agree with Wyn that all bod’s have a duty to existing holders to put on the best face possible but at what at point is a line crossed?
Choosing to be loss making? Really?
On track to break even? really?

Some say that CC was doing a good job at one point increasing turnover. With millions in digital marketing budget and an obvious focus on turnover at the expense of profit what metric suggests she was doing well?
Her own BS words that “we will break even this year” honest guv?

DGU is obvs a bit inexperienced and has learned the very hard way about the need to understand what is being spun by the co and what Is actually fact but let’s not blame DGU for expecting more from the so called experts.

All that does if give CC an even easier ride that the one she’s had. Disgraceful management imo.

Brad has intentionally turned it into a long slow burner with all the funding/dilutive headache purely to suit his own agenda and SP been decimated as a result.
Was a very different looking animal 18 months ago.

The whole “free hit” comments from Brad were extremely and I believe intentionally misleading.

Even those with lower averages must be unhappy too seeing all the paper gains erased…
Sitting on a loss doesn’t feel that much worse than seeing a huge profit mostly evaporate
Can’t be many happy campers at this time regardless of averages

So we can look forward to issuing stock to instis to fund the “free hits”.
Whatever way he spins it he intends to dilute Colombia into arg/Brazil. No “free hits” just misleading comments from CEO.
I’ve reached a point of total disappointment where I wish I hadn’t got involved, in the weird counter intuitive world of the market prob means I should be thinking about buying soon!

Yanis, yes “if” true then you might have a point but then you might not.
For example what are there leasing obligations?
Are they stuck in a long lease that they can’t simply strip out.
Not saying they are but its an example of not simply being able to strip out costs

Chicken, if we aren’t offered any news until September then why state we will get results in a July?
I come back to the point he isn’t forced to make the claims. The reality is that it just drags sentiment lower…

I’m not saying stock won’t recover back to 20-30p, just don’t think it’s going to multi bag on the assets because of points already raised.
Bhargav mentioned before that the issues I raise are only secondary at this stage. I agree with that but it’s the fact I didn’t think about secondary issues that got me into this Brad sh@tshow.
Won’t be selling down here but will be exiting as soon as poss at right price for me.

When it comes to the bare minimum requirement of. staying in biz surely prevention over cure is order of the day.
There was certainly no preventative measures put in place in a timely fashion and now if there is a cure it will be last minute maximum desperate.

I won’t say it again but just like a cash spoilt kid she blew the trust fund because she didn’t graft for it or use her own money.

Majors are a blessing and a curse way I see it.
Blessing for obvs reasons such as expertise and paying for drills.
For balance tho they don’t care for OMI SP rising much as the best end game scenario is they want to buy the assets (not whole of Omi imo) as cheaply as poss out of duty to their own shareholders.
Does Brad seem like he’s going to negotiate skilfully on our behalf at that point or will he just roll over and receive benefits unknown to us all?
Based on how he has allowed OMI AIM holders to be treated like an unwanted inconvenience so far I find it very difficult to envisage him doing a good job for us.
His attitude to date is very telling I think.

If I was going to hold long term I would hope that OMI retain a % rather than sell assets as he’s just going to spend the money on the JVs that seem to be moving at less than a snails pace.
The Brazil update in Jan mentioned it taking several months to form a vehicle to manage assets there.
Here we are in August and we’ve heard noting since other than some pathetic twitter photos.

The reason it is SO frustrating is the man himself. It’s clear he’s not working for us as somebody shrewdly pointed out here previously.

It’s just CC’s Bullsh@t narrative that offends me, I held and traded this stock much over last few years and gave benefit of doubt when cash was robust but seriously what the hell was the “marketing expert” doing?
Just enjoying pretending to be a proper CEO and generating loss making turnover consistently.
The woman should be ashamed of herself, how much stock did she buy as CEO?
She obvs didn’t even believe her own BS or would have backed herself more with own funds.
