Not the standard placing wording from my experience:

“The Company has entered into a Placing Agreement with Shard Capital Partners LLP ('Shard') under which Shard has agreed to use its reasonable endeavours to procure placees for the Placing Shares at the Placing Price. The Placing has not been underwritten.

The Placing Agreement contains warranties in favour of Shard given by the Company with respect to its business and certain matters connected with the Placing. In addition, the Company has given customary indemnities to Shard in connection with the Placing and its performance of services in relation to the Placing. Shard has the right to terminate the Placing Agreement in specified circumstances.”

There needs to be a confirmation soon regarding the date of admittance for the new shares. The placing RNS was a month ago.

It’s such a simple issue to resolve if that is in fact the case.

The 900k debt is a horrible revelation today, worse than even some of the most cynical of us expected. Puts equity holders even further down the priority list.
But don’t worry long suffering holders, investinme knows what he knows. Doubt he was aware of the 900k tho.

Kutzz on another note MTL had a quarterly update today and claim senior debt will be paid in Q4 and they expect M&A activity later this year.

Did TL take role on BOD there to merge the exploration activity? Or is it a lifeboat? Be interesting to see if he saves the day or bottles out of ORR’s predicament.

I’m 55/45 in favour of MTL joint exploring but not willing to bet on it further just yet
