Not good projects on paper is the comparison. Atlantic lithium asset compared to Prem and KOD: :tlantic Lithium (ALL): Ewoyaa (Ghana) – 36.8 Mt @ 1.24% Li₂O (Reserves 25.6 Mt @ 1.22%), DFS post-tax NPV₈ US$1.3 bn; Rubino & Agboville (Côte d’Ivoire) – early-stage lithium anomalies, rock chips to 1.25% Li₂O, no resource/NPV. Premier African Minerals (PREM): Zulu Lithium-Tantalum (Zimbabwe) – 34.4 Mt @ 0.54% Li₂O (~132 kt contained, supports ~2.2 Mt SC6), no recent NPV (commissioning); RHA Tungsten – ~1.1 Mt @ 8.7 kg/t WO₃, older PEA no current NPV; plus early gold/lithium prospects in Mozambique/Zimbabwe (no resources). Kodal Minerals (KOD): Bougouni Lithium (Mali) – 31.9 Mt @ 1.06% Li₂O, 2019 FS post-tax NPV₇ ~US$200 m (analyst ~US$740 m 100%); Fatou (Mali) & Nielle (Côte d’Ivoire) gold – early/historical, no NPV.
