Ratification was a 20-30% reduction in risk event to the NPV discount % in my view. This has not been shown in the share price because of the latest funding event. The silence is deafening though 🤪

Its also likely that Assore are in a stronger finacial position in comparison to 2023. With mangense flying and cash build seen in ASSMANG (50% JV apparently).

On other news. You can get in cheaper than the pension funds.

On the flip side, there is no short term pressure on cash reserves. The multiple interested parties is gold dust for negotiations. Atlantic lithium have a great asset and therefore great leverage. The narket wants clarity on finance that's for sure. But we are not at the mercy of low figures now. Even the warrants at 21.9p are evident of the short term value that is to be made after the churn. I'm very calm with the situation.

The the thing that can change a shareholders opinion in an instant is price. If this was flying everyone would be praising the company. 4 trading days after the ratification RNS is a flash of time. A little patience, this year, is the year for shareholders, and im betting a lot on it haha.

The funding announcement RNS 17th March share price opened at 13.1p and closed at 18.5p. The market is not efficient at finding the price quickly. Or there wouldn't be a market. However what it has found, the 14.6p placing price which the bid has been bouncing around that reciently.

Certainly if everything goes to plan, hold for gold. We are currently heavily discounted to NPV right now. An opportunity or something sinister. That's the risk with junior miners. You never really know. Hence an early sale is an option push past FID then lets get to production.

I would accept 40p right now. And like you said. Let the bidding war begin. In reality the share price is 14.65p to sell right now. Anything in the mid 30's should be considered. Caved and bought 53k at 14.85p.

Yes the ratifaction had been sign posted from the point of LI being laid. That was a great time to get in 7-10p. Evidently had been priced in. Now just churning around 14.6p placing. Currently fighting temptation to sell others to buy more. 14.85p to buy is very tempting.

Its would be 27.7p bid with total shares being 801.5m. $350m would be 43.6p. Hurry up at present the bids to me, the clueless shareholder 😉 Or get the mine built. Win win.
