There is no mention in any ASX announcements, quarterly reports, JV agreement summaries, or earnings calls (from either company, up to April 2026) of Elevra sitting on any technical panel, JV committee, or having direct input/approval rights over the optimisation study itself. Elevra’s only role is to receive and review the final results as JV partner after publication."

I would love to see Atlantic keep the lions share of the asset. I don't think finance would be an issue so all depending on the time frame.

I feel we are now at the point in December when we were 7p, Before ratification. Current share price is 14.8p so should see this double on finance with overhang cleared. The biggest risk or should i say maybes a barrier for investors to enter here is the finance. It is AIM after all. Fully permitted and fully funded is what i would want to see. Hence the reward is much greater at current share price. (It was the intial selling point for me that Ewoyaa was fully funded until production...) All alleviated with a buyout 😀👀

Agreed, if the Government wants it, which they obviously do, i can only see it being fast tracked.

It's time for ALL to take advantage of the current lithium momentum. Get FID passed and get producing in 9 months from that sign off.

5toam you do make a valid point. Currently lacking the clarity on the cataylst to come. What do get excited about. When things will happen. The trajectory can be guessed. Removing the dirty lense will be helpful this week. Finance is huge imv. Not a big hurdle but a giant tick box yet to be 🟩

But why would anyone buy it, if it was cooked. There is plenty of money to keep going for a long time. The logic doesnt make sense. Yes a buy out it highly likely. Mainly because Atlantic lithium are in a great position now.

LS still tickling the bid. I think that pause from them allowed the 2p rise. So shows you that once done the share price can rise quickly. Next week, looking forward to the update and some clarity on a few things. All to look forward to.

Will be good to get the low down soon the company. Certainly a guess of a lot of guess work going down. So clarity is needed. Next week.

I do wonder if ELEVRA will continue with the offtake but reduce ownership/capex which i would be more than happy with since the 50% offtake is at market price e.g a win at current prices. More ownership for ALL the better imv. Or just get it all sold.

The less than £2k ASX volume so far shows the lack of panic that was displayed on this chat room from some earlier to be valid. There is certainly some working the room. And there certainly isn't 5 positive comments to a moan 😆👀⏳️

There has been previous bids and a montg long bid process for the company done this year. Finance is not an issue in my opinion.

There is no way on earth that ALL IR stated "Ewoyaa is not a priority to ELEVRA" 100% made up or IR need sacking.

Interesting that on the 7th April there is ~267m shares in AIM and ~534m on ASX . So even 2million shares is a decent amount on AIM. E.g maybe quite tightly held. Probably a big majority held on this board.
