That 18% values the Ewoyaa asset at £285m which is ~37p share price excluding other assets.

ELEVRA can only be having a squirm at the intial $70m not the remainder. So the hold up is over $1-35m which as stated, Atlantic lithium are searching for financing for that. It's not that big of an issue. Time wise not ideal. But just a hiccup.

So ELEVRA must be negotiating for the intial $70m capex of $185m to be split. Upto $35m 50/50 at a guess. Plus a few million for the costs upto now. So lets see what we get to. Less ownership, same offtake agreement. So $70m is the price for 27.5% of ALL. $35m is funded by ALL or MIIF etc for 13.75%. So where is the sweet spot.

It was released through the HR emails so not new news. Also the drop from 20p has been this very theme. Finance. Back to Longstate price churn whilst we await clarity on finance in my opinion. Needs to be pressure from all sides, locals, ALL, MIIF, gov, to state the benifit of getting to production ASAP. To take advantage of projected Lithium deficit prices.

Just a little more patience then 😆 being financed is key for the share price. As we hover back around the LS raise price. Was a gamble buying a big lump before the update, hasnt paid off. Will do in time i'm sure.

They are normally released on ASX first. Hopefully another suspension to say they are in talks with a bidder then

Not long to wait, hours, to see what they have been upto. Where we are at with progress on all front. LS can't have much left to shift also. So can shift quickly on that alone. Never mind with visual progress on the key catalysts.

We would have a lot more info if that ratification happened 2 years ago! The blessing now is rampant lithium prices. For FID 1 year ago might have been a different story as to current price environment.

Last years announcement for march 2025 trade update was released 12:13am Sydney/3:13pm uk today on ASX but 7am on AIM tomorrow.
